Easy experience of buying a new bed

Delivery disappointing
Shop was very good with all the information and we found them very helpful. Sadly the delivery was a different experience, we paid for room of our choice as well as delivery and take away old mattress, not cheap. The delivery drivers were in a great hurry and whilst one was collecting the old mattress the other was bringing our new one up the drive balancing on his shoulders and head. It was put into bedroom and no other information was given, turns out you are supposed to leave to settle before making up we didn’t see this piece of information as they had left leaflet under the mattress in the bed! Not impressed with this service after the caring way we were treated in the shop.
