We were greeted by store colleague shortly after entering the store. He was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Talked us through the differences in mattresses and when we had decided what we wanted he talked us through the offers available to ensure we got the best possible value for money

The time Gary spent with us was not hurried, he was extremely knowledgeable, explained how the mattress were different and how it could affect our sleep. We purchased a bed with mattress and a second mattress. We were not looking forward to choosing as it had been 35 year since we last purchased one

The staff at the Northampton branch made us really welcome and relaxed,not like some stores were you feeling stalked by predator sales men.I would recommend them no pressure sales just honest advice.

Great experience from start to finish. I was recommended by a friend who had bought a bed a few weeks before. Lovely man (Gary) welcomed me into the store (Northampton) and discussed what I was after. He showed me the new sleepmatch machine which I used then advised the results and I was able to view and test the products. Offered several drinks throughout. Walked away feeling uplifted with a great new bed and mattress. Would definitely use again and this branch is a pleasure to deal with

Everything from going into store and speaking with extremely knowledgeable friendly members of staff to being kept up to date with the delivery slot of our new bed arriving. The two men who delivered our bed were very courteous and respectful with our home. They covered their shoes as we have just had a new carpet fitted. They explained how to manage our ottoman bed and helped lift my mattress onto it. These two delivery men were also knowledgeable friendly and super efficient.
We are over the moon with our new bed. It is extremely comfortable and just looks so elegant in our new bedroom. Dreams have definitely got us as new customers and we wouldn’t think twice about purchasing another bed from them. 😊

Visited dreams Northampton. The sleep match machine is fantastic and I highly recommend. It’s hard to purchase a mattress by laying on them in stores for a few mins. They’re and expensive purchase and imperative for good quality sleep so was and exceptional service. Lay on a machine and this machine based on sleeping position and weight distribution will pick mattresses in stores that will be good for you, genuinely can’t recommend dreams enough.

Really helpful advice on type of mattress best for bad backs and we can’t recommend the product more than saying that it is difficult to wake ourselves up because of the comfort!

Good sakes man good fitters

Thanks to Matt who was able to work with me to provide the best price and service for my mattress and pillow - Was a dear expense but with no regret as the quality of the mattress is great. Highly recommend Dreams.

We looked at new mattresses in store then were offered a mattress assessment on the sleepmatch equipment, which gave us a review of mattresses which would be suitable, it showed us what the sales person was already showing us based on what we had told him.
So we now had several choices.
The one we chose we’ve had for 3 weeks now & has been completely comfortable from the time we bought it, so a perfect choice for a good night’s sleep. Highly recommended the Sleepmatch!

We purchased a mattress, bed base and headboard from Dreams. The bed is well made and comfortable. All the staff were polite and friendly and the bed was delivered on time on the agreed day.

Great buy and service from Dreams. The quality of the mattress is great. The two young men who delivered it were courteous and respectful, a credit to the company!

Mattress purchase made easy with experienced sales man who gave us options to try after using the Dreams sleepmatch. A 2 hour window for delivery was allocated the day before. The delivery team were helpful and efficient. Our new mattress is fantastic quality and is so comfortable I wish we had taken the plunge sooner.
