Amazing Staff
We made a purchase and the staff Gary and Steve were truly helpful, they were very patient with us helped us to work around our budget and scheduled us for a 2 week delivery. Super happy with the new bed.

Would use Dreams again
Good service when choosing, well priced, and swift delivery. When mattress delivered on the day within 2 hour slot, friendly, and provided useful info. The bed is comfy, supportive, and I’m sleeping very well.

Very friendly and helpful at Dreams Northampton
A very friendly team at the Dreams store Northampton. Gary, the store manager, helped us choose the right mattress for us by listening to our needs and giving honest advice. We didn’t expect to make a purchase so quickly but Gary informed us of a current promotion which, after lots of research, was found to be the best compared to competitors. We are pleased with our purchase and can’t wait for our Tempur mattress to arrive! It really makes such a difference when you have a positive experience in store rather than trying to figure it out yourself online.

The bed is top notch
The bed is top notch, Incredibly Comfortable and Well-Made. The quality is outstanding—solid, well-made, and clearly built to last. I sleep through the night without tossing and turning, and I wake up feeling rested with no back pain. It strikes the perfect balance between firm and plush.
Delivery was smooth and setup was easy. After using it for a while, I can confidently say this is one of the best purchases I’ve made. I would absolutely recommend this bed to anyone looking for top-tier comfort and quality.

Terrible
Terrible, in October 2022, I purchased a very expensive Thera-pure mattress (£1500) after some recent decorating, we had to store the mattress on its side for just over a day. The mattress is now unusable as the contents have all sunk to the bottom of the mattress. Dreams tell me that there is nothing they can do as I have accidentally damaged it as it should not be stored on its side, however there is nothing attached to the mattress warning that this can cause such catastrophic failure. Avoid these overpriced, unstable mattresses! I will be taking this further.
