Saw what we wanted straight away, knowledgeable staff, delivered on time by helpful team who kept us informed throughout the day. Bed well made and easy to assemble. Excellent instructions. ( Fixing screws holding sprung frame to bed would benefit from being a bit longer). Very pleased with my purchase.

fantastic service all the way from ordering to delivery , bought the product just at the right time as the offer finished the next day , so got a brilliant product at a fantastic price , could not ask for a better experience , highly recommend .

They came on time and in the time slot. They explained what we needed to do with the mattress and asked if we had any questions

Awesome service in store when I went in to buy my bed and mattress, and also when I unexpectedly moved address they were really understanding about changing the delivery address. Would defo use them again, I haven't slept as well as this in years. Thank you for helping me find the right bed and mattress for me

Dreams store in Norwich, I can't praise them enough, we were looked after from the minute we walked into the store.

The bed is amazing but the delivery service was terrible. The store did not inform us in two months that we would need a parking permission because according to my husband who was accepting the delivery driver absolutely refused to stay and was ready to leave without fulfilling the order. The neighbour interfered and convinced them to stay and deliver our new bed and recycle the old one. They did not do the bed construction like we ordered to do forcing my husband to build the bed for three hours while he was sick with cold.

We both were furious and I immediately contacted the customer service phone line which was very difficult to find on their website. On the plus side the supervisor was very helpful and helped get the refund for the services delivery guys did not fulfill.

Placed 2 orders on Saturday with mathew who was fantastic explained that the orders needed to go to new house in June he said no problem will leave delivery date of . Yesterday I had 2 emails saying there arriving in 2 weeks and change details on line I phoned the store in Norwich and tried explaining that was not what we discussed after another few minutes the guy said your not listening and I said it’s quite easy June is the day he then said he was the manager which Dennis after said it wasn’t as he had been handed the phone only before saying he would love to smash my face in and that I was a wankexx then give the phone over and Dennis said let’s try and sort as he was at the age of nearly retiring and didn’t want hassle and the manager is Damien {damo} as everyone calls him honestly never had a experience like it dreadful store and on there reviews they keep taking my post down

Very friendly and professional team at Dreams that took the time to make sure we found the right matress. Very happy with the service and the new matress that we picked out.

We are on the trial period so hopefully we will like the bed delivery was good

Excellent in store service in Norwich branch by store advisor Matthew. Went through the sleep map to identify mattresses that would suit us and help us chose the right one. Very clear on price and made the most of the 0% finance and came away with new Tempur pillows and a mattress protector! Haven’t taken delivery of the mattress yet so will have to review again when we’ve actually slept on it! For now, can’t fault the service in store.

Easy to use the website to choose and order a bed. The delivery was non problematic and took all of two minutes. The bed itself is wonderful and so comfortable 😃

The store was tidy, clean and warm, with an extensive range of beds and mattresses. The staff were discretely observant and the young man who served us was friendly and helpful with no sign of pushiness. The transaction was executed in a friendly but professional way. Delivery was on time, again with helpful and friendly staff. We have had our new mattress for nearly three weeks and are very pleased with it.

The customer service team were helpful when ordering. The delivery team were polite, on time and used shoe covers (which I was very grateful for). The delivery team also gave me valuable tips on how to construct the bed.

Our whole experience with Dreams Norwich was very good . We went in intending to just buy a new mattress . We were immediately daunted by the huge selection of beds and mattresses , wondering how we would ever choose the right one . We were passed to Sean who set us up on their special bed, and within a few minutes we were given a list of 5 mattresses which were suitable for us . Sean took us to each one to try , and we made our choice . We also decided to buy the headboard which was on our chosen bed . The paperwork was completed and a delivery date set . When we got home we realised we couldn’t do the delivery date , so I phoned up Sean , and it was changed with no hassle . After a few days we decided to buy the actual bed frame to go with the headboard we had ordered , so we went back to see Sean , who was absolutely brilliant . It was no trouble at all to amend the order. A few days before I got an email confirming the day of delivery , and stating that the delivery guy would call in the morning on the day , to confirm a time .
On the day of delivery the delivery guy did just that , and the bed was delivered at the specified time , and placed in our bedroom as requested . We chose to put it together ourselves . We couldn’t have asked for a better service . We are extremely pleased with the bed . We’ve had it just over a week and we have both slept extremely well in it . So far no complaints .

A great experience. No sales pressure and I didn’t feel rushed into making a decision
