AWFUL- Manager Shaun has a very unhelpful manner. I purchased a bedside cabinet two days ago but could not take with me as it wouldn’t fit in our vehicle. Returned today to collect the drawers but as I did not have my order number or paperwork refused to give them to me. I explained it was my mistake but it is a 30 mile round trip for me,I had photo ID with me and I could describe the item and amount paid but no it’s company policy not to release goods. Surely if a sale was made, paid for and apparently an email sent it could be traced back on their computer system. Manager offered no help or solution VERY unhelpful just said need order number.
We had planned to buy a mattress from them but after today I will not go back.

Amazing experience. The delivery men were so polite and friendly and they assembled my bed very quickly.

So far my new mattress has been great!
I recently spent a lot of time at a hotel and slept better than in my own bed. Upon returning home I struggled to get a good nights sleep and realised it was time for a new mattress. I looked online at all the new box style mattresses, but you cant beat trying before you buy so I went to my local dreams... I tried them all and found one I loved and it was on sale! I got great help from Dennis and I also got a couple new pillows. I'm so happy with my purchase. Start to finish was a really easy pleasant experience. The mattress is great and I have no doubt in its quality. Being able to try before you buy is getting rarer now a days as everything is going online!

Didn't try and sell me something I didn't want or need.
Delivery was 1st class, flat was not the easiest to access, the 2 young guys were courteous and friendly.
This was a purchase for my 80yr old sister, but I will go back when I need to replace my bed and mattress.

Mattress purchase
I visited the Dreams store at Sprowston with my Mum to choose a new mattress. I used the machine to analyse my sleep position which gave me a short list to choose from. The salesman Ben explained each mattress type to me and gave me time to lay on each one and make my decision without rushing me. Ben was friendly, knowledgable and polite.

Saw what we wanted straight away, knowledgeable staff, delivered on time by helpful team who kept us informed throughout the day. Bed well made and easy to assemble. Excellent instructions. ( Fixing screws holding sprung frame to bed would benefit from being a bit longer). Very pleased with my purchase.
