Friendly helpful professional staff well trained and knew what they were doing

Fantastic customer service and delivery agents who assembled my bed quickly and efficiently.

Our delivery arrived before the time allocated which we were impressed by. The mattress came well protected. We were very satisfied and would recommend Dreams to anyone.

I was extremely impressed with Dreams at Norwich, both with the in store helpfulness and with delivery and matress/bed removal service. Being a disabled customer I was initially concerned that I wouldn't be able to do everything needed to get the right mattress bought and then to arrange all that would be needed to prepare my old bed and mattress for collection. But I need not have worried as the marvellous delivery men did everything for me. The shop staff had emailed through my needs and everything was arranged for me. The new bed and mattress are extremely comfortable, just what I was looking for and I've had great nights sleep ever since. Thankyou Dreams. Top of my list if I ever need another new bed!

Like most people, buying a new mattress isn't something we've done for years! Dreams made the whole process so much easier right from stepping through the door. With the huge choice on offer..memory foam, hybrid, springs, medium firm, soft, firm, where do you start? Dave offered so much help on what WE needed for comfort, and a good night's sleep! Good honest advice and information. The delivery guys were helpful, efficient, and professional (despite delivering during the heatwave!) We've both had much better nights sleep since buying the RIGHT mattress for us. Excellent service throughout!! We would HIGHLY reccomend buying from Dreams! Thanks guys! 😊

We had a brilliant experience choosing a new mattress at Dreams! We were offered a cup of tea as we arrived before doing the sleep match part of the process to determine what mattress might meet our needs. Matt who looked after us was incredibly patient and knowledgeable about products - and therefore really helpful with our purchase. Went away to finally decide between 2 and then called Matt to place the order.

AWFUL- Manager Shaun has a very unhelpful manner. I purchased a bedside cabinet two days ago but could not take with me as it wouldn’t fit in our vehicle. Returned today to collect the drawers but as I did not have my order number or paperwork refused to give them to me. I explained it was my mistake but it is a 30 mile round trip for me,I had photo ID with me and I could describe the item and amount paid but no it’s company policy not to release goods. Surely if a sale was made, paid for and apparently an email sent it could be traced back on their computer system. Manager offered no help or solution VERY unhelpful just said need order number.
We had planned to buy a mattress from them but after today I will not go back.
