Dreams - Norwich Reviews 

Bought a Therapue Activel Glacier 3800 just under 2 years ago which cost nearly £1500 which was recommended by the rep at Dreams in Sprowston. We thought this was a lot of money but hoped it would last. When reading up on the mattress, which we weren’t told about, it was recommended to rotate the mattress weekly for the first few months, which we did and then monthly thereafter, which we also did, which is a real pain as it’s not light. We had a temper mattress before this and never had to do this with this mattress. Despite doing what was advised, I noticed a few weeks ago that even though the mattress is under 2 years old and the cost of it, it has now started to get a prominent dip in the bed where I sleep. I would not expected a mattress of this calibre to start showing wear after such little time. I have emailed Dreams and not yet had a response to say they have received my complaint. It looks like I will have to change the mattress and will not be going back to Dreams. I would not recommend this mattress despite Dreams recommending it

We visited the Sprowston Retail Park, Norwich store today looking for a single bed and a double bed. We were greeted by Dennis and he was so lovely and friendly. Left us to have a look round and he was there when we had any questions. We left after making a purchase. A GREAT asset to your team 😁

From start to finish the service has been excellent, the staff professional and friendly, both in store and the delivery team. Products delivered on time, great service. Satisfied with our purchases.

The staff were helpful, offered coffee and guided us through the various mattresses and pillows on offer. We were not pressured but they provided a leisurely atmosphere.

The salesman was very friendly, knowledgeable but not pushy. He allowed us to view and try the mattresses without bothering us but was very helpful when we needed it.

Great service in the store from start to finish. We were not hurried, in fact quite the opposite. Definitely got the right mattress, it is very comfortable.

The delivery was conducted by friendly staff. Actually the experience of obtaining my new mattress has gone smoothly and all the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
The mattress is very comfortable and so far has reduced my back pain already

Easy to select the right mattress. Great guy served us. Felt like friends when we left. Delivery guy was great too. Only reason for 4 stars was that we were told it would be rolled up but it wasn’t. Important as it was to be transferred by boat. We managed ok in the end though.

Denis!! We shopped in the Norwich Branch and he was amazing, sweet, honest and not tradition sales man, we ended up buying 2 king size beds from in and bedroom storage box (sorry i don't know what it is called!) but he was the loveliest gentleman - i have recommended him to all friends and family.

Great customer service and full explanations of every option. No pressure sales for any particular items.

You must visit Dreams in Norwich and speak to Sean he is excellent very knowledgeable and friendly. Noting was to much trouble and he explains everything before finding your perfect fit for a new bed. Areal assets to the company.

Wonderful experience in buying my new bed. Matthew sales exec put me on the bed tester type machine. All of 3 mins!. Explained all. They are amazing. All questions answered, all explained thoroughly. Wonderful. Even take away old bed and set up. As crippled with arthritis it was "a Dream" truthfully. All arranged. Emails all the way until delivered, tidy up take away your old bed. Wow. Staff one in particular in Norwich Matthew (MS111), amazing with all. He and Dreams made my day. Almost fell asleep on the chosen mattress.

Helpful staff both in store and delivery .

Very good experience with the Dreams Norwich. All of the staff very very helpful but especially Ben who helped me find the mattress and bed that was best for me. He talked me through the details of the Sleepmatch service and all the details of the mattress that were chosen to try. He also went over all the features of the adjustable bed that I was interested in (which hopefully will make a big difference for me due to my disability).

When we went ahead to order Ben went through all of the options/extras that were available - without any pressure whatsoever - and answered all of my questions.

Very happy with the experience and looking forward to delivery (bed unfortunately not in stock)!

Great service and kind attention to detail. Could not do enough to help
