Alright i guess

The experience at the shop with Sim and his partner was awesome. I like the products, my sleep has improved I must say.....now I dream more....(Smiles)

Helpful, compassionate, constructive and gave great deals, gave lots of variety for the beds, very nice and kind.

I would like to share my review of this store, specifically highlighting the fantastic service provided by Slim. From the very beginning, his customer service was at the highest level. He never pressured us into making a purchase; instead, he focused on our needs.

I mentioned that I suffer from back pain during sleep, and thanks to his advice, we were able to use the Sleepmatch machine, which analyzed exactly what kind of mattress would be right for both me and my wife simultaneously. After the testing process, Slim presented several options that met our criteria. He showed us more affordable models as well as the one we ultimately chose: the TEMPUR Pro Air SmartCool™ Plus Medium Firm 25cm Mattress.

While it is quite an investment, it is worth every penny in every possible way. As a bonus, we also received a TEMPUR duvet for free, which retails at £369!

I truly believe this is one of the best decisions we’ve made for our sleep comfort. If anyone is hesitant about buying a TEMPUR mattress—don’t be. And if you need expert advice on any mattress, I highly recommend visiting Dreams - One Stop Perry Barr. Ask for Slim—he’s a top-tier professional!

David was amazing with us showed us lots of different mattresses and done a incredible deal with a whole bed. He was a legend.

The staff in the shop was were welcoming and helpful. As were the delivery men, who put the beds together quickly and efficiently.

Brilliant staff at the perry barr store and the delivery men were brilliant too. Good communication throughout and phoned us just before delivery so we didn't waste time waiting around.

The beds were not as good as what I saw on display. Huge differences.

I love my new mattress it's comfortable well worth the money and the delivery was excellent the delivery men was brilliant I will buy from here in future excellent service.

Fantastic customer service, excellent service from salesman very helpful and informative. Went through a variety of mattresses recommended by salesman Also offered drinks.
Came away having purchased mattress and pillows, have not had any problems at all with goods.

We enjoyed our visit to the Dreams store at perry bar and choosing a new mattress for Pauline which she is very happy with.

Lovley man named David who works for Dreams at the perry bar branch has been very professional and explained the whole proceedure with the BED MATCH which was sold to me after and also I purchased 2 lovley TEMPUR pillows you can see with him it wasnt all about money like the other guy who was working in there the vibes were genuine from David who truly cares about his customers...... Please keep him at the same branch we have many coming to spend money in there!!!!!
