Nicky is an outstanding customer service representative! As soon as my mother and I walked in, we were greeted by her. She is very friendly, offered us drinks, and helped to guide us through different mattresses with the SleepMatch Machine. Ultimately it made our purchase experience seamless and enjoyable! Jay was so lovely!
Jay was so lovely. From the doors she greeted us offering hot drinks. She helped me so sleep match to help narrow down the mattresses I felt was comfortable. She got me a pillow and helped me out so much. Such a lovely lady! Thank you ever so much for all you help Jay!

Good sleep is priceless
I went into a store and was treated well lost count of the number of offers of a drink . Used the sleep simulator to determine the best fit mattress . They recommend a tempura and were spot on I’m sleeping so much better now 👍🏿

The staff member was beyond exceptional the service was unbelievable, the best around and dreams has computer machines to match you to your sleeping style comfort and to take you away from bad sleeps and aches it's just incredible how the machine matches you to exactly you need for a brilliant night sleep and comfort it's absolutely excellent we loved it......
