Excellent service as always
Excellent service as always. Went in to look for a new mattress. Nichola the assistant was very helpful. We even tested the Sleep match machine. Also dealt with Baz the manager who really helpful and patient. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was great but asking for money to deliver in the afternoon was not right. My parents are old and have problems sleeping due to medical problems. Their bed was delivered 8:00am. Not nice

From start to finish everything was great. Dave at Perry Barr was an excellent salesman - incredibly knowledgable and not at all pushy. Found the perfect bed for me. I had to change my delivery address and this was no issue. Great experience and highly recommend!

Dreams don’t give refunds!
After a lengthy visit to our local Dreams store we found a soft comfy bed and proceeded to place an order, after taking delivery this week we couldn’t wait to get to bed to try it, however; the bed was as hard as a plank and we had the worst nights sleep ever, we went down to the shop to check we had got the right bed and according to the manager it was the right one, we explained our problem that it was not as the one in the store (no where near) and couldn’t find another to suit and could we have a refund, the response was no! we don’t give refunds - even though we had stressed that the mattress was not fit for purpose. So folks buyer beware where Dreams are concerned 😟 we had to have an alternative and if it had been cheaper we would have lost the difference, shame on you Dreams

Thank you for your review. I am sorry you are not finding your replacement mattress comfortable.
Whilst I completely understand your frustration, I must clarify that when purchasing goods from stores, there is no legal right to return goods for a refund once delivered.
Once delivered, a collection and refund would be agreed only if the mattress is faulty. Whilst you do not find comfortable, as comfort is so highly subjective, this cannot fall within the remit of the goods being unfit for purpose.
In these circumstances Dreams offer a 40 night exchange guarantee which allows for an exchange to an alternative. In your case we have agreed this with a discount as a gesture of good will.
I hope that the replacement is more suitable, however should you need any further help or assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me.
