Really nice both at store and the delivery

In store was great, no problems at all. Delivery was terrible. The 2 hour time slot was changed on the morning of delivery, & the delivery team didn't even attempt to take our mattress upstairs. The impression I got was that they wanted an early finish as it was Saturday. Wouldn't recommend as delivery useless if you're elderly, infirm or on your own.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Products are also of good quality and reasonably priced

I walked into Dreams in Perry Barr Birmingham. The staff were very helpful, in particular Ash and Mark and a lady whose name I forget. I had many questions for the staff, all of which were answered and enabled me to buy a mattress, pillows and some cover to protect my mattress in the long term. Really happy with my purchase, I sleep comfortably at night now. Overall a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend.

I was looking for a small double bed and mattress. The person who helped me was Ashraf at Perry Barr store who was kind, helpful and gave good advice.

When visiting my local shopping mall, I popped into Dreams just to browse. £1,200+ later, I'm having a bed and mattress delivered. I shouldn't have tried the 'mattress match'.

They didn't listen to customer .i was not happy what i got 🙄😑i want refunds they gave me to fill forms 60 pages we don't now what to fill

I'm usually someone that hates being disturbed by shop assistants, however the assistant at Dreams (David at the One Stop store in Birmingham) was really great and knew when to help and when to give us space to make our minds up. The sleep master machine thing was great in directing us to what we wanted and it confirmed what we thought we needed. Great service.

The Hudson mattress delivered has a black stain

I went looking for a bed and left with 2. I was impressed by Gary, the sales staff, in Birmingham Perry Barr store, who sold the benefits of the beds. He was patient and gave me options. I understood the product and particularly the benefits. It was a terrific service. I bought extra products and insurance alongside.

One Stop Perry Barr, Tariq, what a pleasure to be served by someone so knowledgeable and friendly. We did not feel at all pressured as is often the case nowadays. Will definitely recommend and use again.

I was only supposed to be visiting Poundland :-D, upon leaving I walked passed Dreams and saw the most beautiful bed frame in the window. After entering to have a closer look we were greeted by the friendly and charismatic David who was most helpful, I explained that the last time I entered a dream store I wasnt approached by anyone who worked there and ended up leaving he apologized for this even though it wasn't him involved. His knowledge was brilliant he gave us pillows and got us on a machine to find us the best possible mattress giving us a chance to test each and everyone. David's customer service is second to none and he also managed to change my mind about dreams from my initial visit and after dealing with constant online transactions because of covid it was nice to get some good old fashioned face to face customer service!!!

Buying a bed is not what I consider fun. But we needed one and Dreams @ Perry Barr made the experience a pleasurable one. The service was friendly and helpful. There is a computer scanning service to select a suitable matrerss for you. This helped us to focus on our selection. The only thing I wasn't too happy about was the 6-8 week delivery date.

I was determined to find a new mattress that day and decided to start with Dreams. The experience was so good I ordered a mattress in-store without visiting anywhere else. Staff member "H" was helpful and attentive giving me time to try the mattresses without rushing me but was nearby on hand to give me all the information I asked of him. I was impressed with the new technology in store of lying on a 'mechanical' bed that helps select a suitable mattress for personal needs. H showed me a suitable range of mattresses selected. He asked my sleep position preferences to give extra advice and was knowledgeable about the different styles which helped my selection. After a first sleep on my new mattress, I awoke without the lower back pain I usually wake up with. A wonderful first night's sleep!
