The customer service from Tariq at the store was impressive. We entered the store and didn’t feel pressured at all. Tariq came up to us and asked us if we wanted a drink or if we needed help. He then very patiently went through and helped us decide which bed and mattress was the best for us. The process with Tariq was very smooth and efficient. We were really impressed with his service.

I cannot but thank David enough for the immense help he had provided throughout the time I was there in store.

Not only is he a vibrant and personable individual, but also a gentlemen who stuck to his word of reducing the price of my bed, say, if the bed went on sale prior to its delivery. In turn, as a result of this, I was able to save in excess of £350; something I am no doubt abundantly grateful for!

David is an absolute asset to the company and I sure do hope he is valued very highly!

All in all, my experience was first-rate and in many ways - a dream come true!

Nicky served us and showed us a huge variety of mattresses to choose from. She explained to us different ways Matterses are made and helped us choose the best mattress for us. She was professionally sound and delivered excellent customer service. She gave us a fantastic discount and carefully chose the best pillows and mattress protectors for us.

twice twice Dreams disappointed me big time, last year 2021 around September I bought bed after I arranged delivery date etc they called and cancelled the delivery date I wasn't happy didn't buy the bed. This year August I bought another bed delivery supposed be today they didn't call or email they just didn't show up at all. I found it too strange so I called the store they went like they change delivery date for 3rd of October I went like why you didn't call or email they claim they email I am 100%sure they didn't. To talk to their manager they said will be in touch within 2 working days!! VERY DISAPPOINTED FOR SECOND TIME.
Its misleading when I bought the bed they said deliver 10-15 days I said its fine. This is not ok. if you can't deliver it the least you can do is call, SMS, email Very poor customer Service I will never ever ever go to this store. I learn from my won mistakes I will not recommend to anyone infected I will spread the my experience to others to be aware.

Popped in to Dreams today to find a quality mattress for our new flat. The staff got us started with a SleepMatch test to identify the best fit for our body. She went from high to mid-range priced mattresses with in-depth advice while assisting us to find the perfect bed. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in every aspect of the purchase!

Great service the team there go above and beyond putting their customers first. I visited the store last Wednesday and had world class service the sales advisor offered drinks showed me a choice of mattresses after coming off the sleep match machine. After a bad experience in another retailer i was reluctant to visit the store thankfully i did .the way he took his time to understand my needs he was not pushy at all i Will definitely return to the store in future if I need anything. Thank you

Excellent service. Good product knowledge

Bought a lovely bed frame and this supposedly beautiful mattress from Dreams in June. The mattress alone cost us £999 and after just two weeks of use one side already changed in shape and is already lopsided. I made the complaint to Dreams customer service straightaway and they sent a technician from Homeserve on the third week we’ve been using it and he did some “tests” to it and apparently cannot find anything wrong with the mattress even though he agreed that visually there is a considerable difference between the one side of the mattress and we were told it’s a “settling” issue and that we should just turn the mattress every 3 weeks. We did reiterate that it was only two weeks since we noticed this change and informed Dreams straightaway. Honestly I really don’t think that at this stage this sort of mattress ought to get deformed already. Especially when my husband who lies on that side if the bed is not even heavy. This technician left saying Dreams will get the report within 24 hours and its now been a month since then. Obviously this is so frustrating given that it’s quite an expensive mattress from a supposedly reputable make and for two big companies to have this poor customer service is rather disappointing. I really hoped this was going to get sorted out and replaced. But after this technician left we’ve never heard from Dreams again. It was most disappointing especially as we bought this for the comfort of my husband who’s been recently diagnosed with stage 4 cancer.
