Dreams in Rugby, the sales team were very helpful and spent the time needed to help us decide what we needed. The delivery guys again were excellent, they gave some helpful advice in the best method to assemble the sleep motion bed. All in all very pleased with the service.

Easy and simple process, great product
The member of staff in store was super helpful, he went through everything with us including all the options to have the bed built and the varying options of cover available. The timeslot was easy to book online and the bed arrived on time. The delivery guys rang when they were on their way and confirmed the time. They were professional whilst building the bed, the whole process was easy and simple. We are really happy with the products we purchased.

Ordered a mattress from the rugby…
Ordered a mattress from the rugby store, Mark at the store said it would be delivered on Friday 20/09/24 am, I said I may be late back and it could go behind the gate under the carport, I arranged for a neighbour to sign. The driver rang to say he was on his way and I informed him I was running late and to leave it, he said that was not there policy and it had to go through the front door.I said it’s all on ring camera but he said the delivery will fail. I explained I had already tipped our old mattress but he didn’t seem that interested. We were going on holiday the following day so had to wait until 30/09/24 for a delivery, so don’t discard your old mattress until you’re sure these guys deliver the new one. Wouldn’t use this company again, I’ve never even had a curtesy call to ask if my mattress was ever delivered!! Useless customer service.

We had a great experience at the Dreams store in Rugby. We used the Sleepmatch experience to help find the perfect mattress for us. Skye looked after us from start to finish and gave us a great level of service! We’re so glad we visited and are very excited for our new mattress to arrive :)

Service in the store was excellent. We were told when ordering it would be delivered in a month's time. Delivered on time and assembled in the room of our choice. All packaging taken away and all left clean and tidy and ready for a good night's sleep
