Good experience with Dreams
We were pleased with the sales man who listened to what we wanted and took time to explain the difference in the bed frames an the different mattresses and we weren’t rushed into making a final decision overall very pleased with our experience

Claire in your Dreams Rugby showroom.
I had a bed delivered and the mattress wouldn't fit up my stairs, so they took it back. I visited the Rugby showroom on the same day and Claire was extremely helpful. Even though I wasn't buying from the showroom, Claire spent time helping me find an alternative mattress, speak to the customer service team and secure the mattress at a good price. Nothing was too much. I felt like I wanted to buy from Claire, and would definitely visit her in store again.

Great customer service
We visited the Rugby store in need of a new mattress and bed. We had our young baby with us and Claire was so lovely, happy to hold him so we could try out a range of mattresses whilst also answering all our questions. She helped us pick the right bed for us and we were very grateful for all of her help.

Superb Service
I had a brilliant experience from start to finish. Customer care was superb, sales staff were helpful but I never felt pressured. (I who know nothing about mattresses needed help)
Once I had chosen my mattress the delivery was on time and the delivery team went above and beyond the call of duty.
Overall I simply couldn't have asked for more!

Dreams. A Great Company to deal with.
From the moment I walked into the showroom I was impressed with the friendliness and knowledge of the salesperson who helped me choose the correct bed and mattress that was perfect for me.
It was delivered on time by 2 friendly delivery men and they couldn't have been more helpful.
Overall the products, the service and the price were spot on.
Best bed I have ever bought.
Thank you to you all at Dreams. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to all my friends and family.
