From the moment I walked into the showroom I was impressed with the friendliness and knowledge of the salesperson who helped me choose the correct bed and mattress that was perfect for me.
It was delivered on time by 2 friendly delivery men and they couldn't have been more helpful.
Overall the products, the service and the price were spot on.
Best bed I have ever bought.

Went to Dubai, slept amazingly for 10 days on a firm mattress with a topper. Had to have one, went everywhere and Dreams had a comparable one. Ordered online and it arrived in 3 days. Its amazing and just like the one in Dubai, very pleased with the product and service. Thank you

The sleep test meant that we were able to narrow down our options to which mattress would suit us. The store manager was really helpful and we didn’t feel pressured to purchase, but chose based on his helpful recommendations.

I previously posted a review regarding sales team at Dreams rugby and while I still cannot fault that the after sales care is horrendous!!
Bed poorly put together ,bedside units smashed up, rip in mattress!!
When I contacted Dreams they arranged a new mattress which although has the same name it is not the same. The mattress we purchased was 28 deep the one we have now is 24 went into the shop where the manager tried to tell me it was the same as the display has been in the shop 2 years whereas the delivery guys and customer service tell me it's the new version!!
The linen I purchased was for a deep mattress as was the protector from dreams now useless as too big so another expense. Dreams sent out new slats and bolts for us to finish the bed properly and the guys that bought new bedside table said the bed was shocking!! I have been offered a refund for the charge of construction £65 but the whole thing has cost over £2000 and I have a bed that we have build properly and linen that's no good and a mattress which not the same. I was planning to purchase blanket box to go with the bed and a 2nd bed for spare room but I will never use Dreams again!!

Being on my own and a pensioner I feel very vulnerable when shopping. Dreams were brilliant, very helpful and gave me all the help and confidence I needed. Would really recommend the Rugby store

Friendly, helpful staff

From entering the store through to the delivery was very smooth. The Sales lady was very polite and knowledgeable in store without being pushy and the 2 delivery drivers were very good at what they do. And were ahead of time which was a real bonus.

We visited the Rugby store and were welcomed by such a lovely lady called Claire. Claire listened to our needs and immediately was able to help us and offer futher support and advice. Claire was friendly, and knowledgeable and so patient with us. Claire gave us time and space so we could discuss our options and and never once made us feel pressured into making a decision. We left armed with lots of information to consider and we returned to the store 2 days later where again Claire was there to answer any questions we had so we were able to make our final decision on our purchases. We chose our bed and matress and Claire took our order, on paying there was an issue with the store card reader machine, Claire dealt with this efficiently, phoned another store and was able to take our payment, our payment and order then needed tieing together, we left as this could have taken a little time with Claire 's reassurance that she would update when all sorted and as true to her word she phoned me twice that afternoon to update me and confirm everything had all been sorted. Our new bed and matress are due to arrive next Saturday but so far the whole experience with dreams, particularly Claire from the Rugby store has been nothing but 5 star and I would happily recommend to anyone.

We were looking for quality new beds and the whole Dreams experience was excellent. Staff were able to recommend a number of options that were suitable for our requirements which covered a range of prices. We were able to take our time making our decisions and feel that we have come away with the right beds for us. We would definitely go to Dreams for future bedroom purchases.

Very good customer service at your Rugby store. I was shown a number of mattresses after trying your bed/mattress out which showed I needed a firm mattress.
