Mattress delivered on time and delivery men very helpful. Took away old mattress. New mattress very comfy and we sleep like logs. The mattress was half price in the summer sale and we think we got a bargain. Shop staff very helpful and pleasant. I'll always get my bedding here.

The staff member that served us, was very happy, very friendly, and very knowledgable.
She helped us to use the SleepMatch system, and from there, the mattress choices we tried and found a great match for us within our budget.

Excellent customer service, they gave me all the time I needed and answered all the questions I had.
A great choice of high quality mattresses and pillows, they are not cheap, but it's an investment for many years and your back will thank you for it.

Emma from the Rugby store was THE perfect sales person. Rather than the usual sales tactic we’ve come to expect - of bombarding you and trying to up sell until you leave from insult and frustration, Emma actually listened to what we were after and then gave us structured advice which we trusted. Her genuine nature meant that we ended up going over budget but walking away feeling that we’d invested good money into an important purchase and got a great deal in the sale. Thank you Emma. Dreams - you need to look after and keep this staff member. She’s brilliant.

Excellent advise, great knowledgeable and friendly staff

Just went to look at a mattress I'd read was quite good, ended up sitting on it and hating it. Saleswoman came to chat with us, got to use the Sleepmatch which was really fun, easily narrowed down potential mattresses from there and it just happened the mattress we liked the most was way less than our budget so very pleased! Got everything priced up and then went to a café nearby to chat about it, then went back to buy it, added on a few extras but the saleswoman wasn't pushy about it. Delivery was about 3 weeks but we did want a superking so not surprising, also gave us time to find and get a bed base delivered, wanted something on the cheaper end than what Dreams do. Delivery day went perfectly, delivery window was 10:45-12:45, delivery driver called us at 10:50 to say they'd be there in a few minutes and it really was about 2 minutes later they knocked. Had the mattress in and installed in literally minutes, let us know to air it for a few hours before dressing it and that was it. Brilliant mattress, I honestly probably haven't ever slept on so comfortably!

Lovely comfy bed & excellent service all the way from Michelle in Rugby to the delivery lads yesterday, here in Driffield.

Absolutely shocking, received a text on Tuesday to confirm my delivery on Saturday. Was told I would receive a text the night before to confirm the 2 hour window, no text received by Saturday morning so called dreams. Was told the order had been delayed for 3 weeks and I had been sent an email (never received). We had disposed out our old bed based on the text received 4 days before delivery. The "help" line were utterly useless and tried to blame me for not receiving an email and getting rid of my old bed and that it would be 72 hours before a manager could call me back. So as it stands we are sleeping on the floor for the next 3 weeks after spending in excess of £2000 with dreams. Never again

We had heard of dreams sleep match and thought it would help us find the right mattress for us. After being greeted by the knowledgeable and friendly Greg and trying the match options, we were given lots of time trying the couple that matched us best with different types of pillows. Next day after checking the finances we purchased the ideal one with our preferred pillows

Faultless delivery service from Dreams- very thorough communication and regular updates from the depot team as well as the delivery team. Really personal service to be given the driver’s name and direct contact details! Brilliant!

The new bed and mattress are really comfy too, although the bed base had some dark(dust?) marks on it when we unpacked it.

Popped into Dreams on a mission to buy 2 single beds. It wasn’t the only place I went to, they weren’t the cheapest beds or mattresses, but they did have the best customer services by far.
I ended up buying 2 single ottoman beds with beautiful medium firmness mattresses. I was able to arrange removal of my old bed and assembly of the new beds too.
All round it was a brilliant service.
