Rugby store
We went to the Rugby store. We had already been impressed by the customer service and attentiveness of staff when buying our sons' beds there. This time we needed a king size bed for us. As I have back disc problems, I very much appreciated the care and interest shown by the store manager who served us about this issue and more generally. Very patient staff.

I visited dreams 6 years ago got bed…
I visited dreams 6 years ago got bed and mattress, so being happy with both, I decided to get my new mattress from dreams too. at the door I was met by greg,a polite thoughtful young man with immense knowledge of products. I went on bed to monitor my sleep patterns. He then showed me several mattresses,explaining how they were made .etc until I decided which one I felt was right for me. All the time observing covid guidelines to keep us both safe. Well done greg.

Looking to purchase a new mattress …
I was researching for a new mattress and having used Dreams before I returned to my local store and received good advice and choice . Delivery date more than acceptable and full explanations given on each of the mattresses that I had been matched with and plenty of time on my own to make my decision.

Fantastic service from Emma
Fantastic service from Emma at the Rugby store, we went into buy a mattress for our son and ending up buying one for us too. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and great service. Lots of choice in products and price. Covid safe environment and customer safety very important to the staff. Good team atmosphere great shopping experience.

I went into Dreams in Rugby
I went into Dreams in Rugby. I knew what I wanted (Tempur Luxe cool touch mattress plus pillows to match) I was greeted by Michelle, I explained what I wanted. Michelle still took the time to show me the mattress and to advise of anything else I may need. I purchased the tempur mattress cover, I also bought the really good value mattress recycling. It saves you getting it your mattress to the local recycling centre. Very good custmer service.

Great store and brilliant experience
We attended the Rugby store and was attended by Greg. He demonstrated good knowledge of all the products and invited us to use the sleep assessment machine which pairs you with the best options of mattress. This helped us make a decision rather than use guess work. In all an amazing shopping journey. I recommend visiting Dreams.
