A repeat purchase because I've always been happy with the products and the service - faultless. The prices aren't rock bottom, but are justified. The bed base was delivered on time to the room of my choosing. I couldn't recommend Dreams more highly. Their staff are friendly and helpful, without being pushy.

I had superb assistance from Dreams in Sittingbourne, the sales assistant knew her products and fully understood my requirements. The king sized mattress I ordered was delivered promptly and has proved to be exceptionally comfortable

A very pleasant experience. Was looking for a new bed for my granddaughter. Your customer adviser, Joanna, was extremely knowledgeable and empathetic with a little girl who wished to make her own choices. The actual ordering of the items chosen was a long process and I did feel some of the questions on the application for credit were a little irrelevant eg how much does my partner earn annually? I was paying with my money and it had nothing to do with him! However, that said, the staff made me very comfortable with a drink, and I was in no rush to be elsewhere. The delivery was easy to arrange, I was kept well informed of delivery times and it arrived promptly, delivered by two charming young men. My granddaughter loves her new bed and now no longer wants to share her mum and dad's! Thank you, Dreams and Joanna

We intended to visit this store to research a new mattress, we left the store having selected a perfect match. This was solely due to the sales assistant, Darren, who was a pleasure to meet.
His in-depth knowledge and support was very welcome and the friendly, non-pushy attitude was very refreshing in this day and age.
The store was well stocked and we were given a lot of advice, time and freedom to ensure we selected what we wanted.

We found the mattress we love within our price range. Extremely comfy and supportive with my neck pain and back pain. Definitely come back

He was super friendly, offered drinks and was patient with us whilst we decided. He knew exactly what he was talking about and the service was amazing. Can’t wait for the delivery!

The expert that helped me and took our order was called Darren. He was very knowledgeable, talking me through the different types of mattresses available after laying on the diagnoses bed. He was very polite and even offered us a cuppa whilst chatting with him. Delivery was reasonably quick from order day, just in time for Christmas. The delivery team were polite and courteous at all times and wore their masks for the duration

Sittingbourne store, was greeting by Joanna, not a pushy sales person, very helpful, gave us time to tryout the beds by ourselves, but was on hand to answer any questions. Offered us tea and left us to drink it in peace.

The dreams store was excellent, clean and the staff were helpful and friendly and not pushy. The Staples Corner store had a wide range of mattresses to try out for all budgets, we settled on an ex-display item which was in excellent condition and have been very happy with our purchase. Delivery was excellent, polite and included removal of our old mattress.

We purchased a bed frame and mattress from our local store in Sittingbourne and Darren was fantastic. Very helpful, great product knowledge and we came away with everything we wanted and delivery time was very quick compared to other companies. Would recommend to anyone
