Faster than expected delivery slot, amazing discount price for bank holiday, great mattress

Our new mattress and pillows are perfect for us. We didn’t know where to start when trying to establish the ideal mattress for us both but when we walked into the Dreams store we got a great welcome, never felt pressured and just got excellent advise.

We used the special test bed to identify what our individual bodies required in terms of firmness and then tried several options to find our perfect fit.

Delivery was quick and easy and the team did a great job. The sleep for both of us is amazing. We are so delighted. The guarantee of being able to swap if it doesn’t work out gave us confidence to proceed but Marie was right and the combination of pillows and mattress are spot on. You are definitely in safe hands choosing dreamy and we recommend them to everybody.

After spending several weeks looking for better options for a new bed. Dreams came up trumps with value and options available to me. Checking out my local store I was immediately greeted by a smart polite and keen assistant wanting to show me the many different options in beds, and most importantly mattresses to aid me in a good night sleep (not that I need it). Giving time for me to choose the perfect mattress for my personal needs. After finally deciding on the bed of my choice financial arrangements was made over a lovely cup of tea from the charming kind and polite not excluding professional staff at the Sittingbourne store.

Wouldn't buy anything from this company their mattresses are cheap badly made and horrible their service is awful and we are now left over £600 out of pocket due to the mattress we was recommended and sold being so hard we can't sleep in it at all even though after telling the sales man Darren that we only can have a softer mattress as I have bad back problems which he answered he does also like softer mattress too so we thought that was what he was shouting us(we was very wrong and for the privilege we had to wait over a month to have it delivered! Me and my partner are both autistic and have adhd so we do struggle with understanding things so we put our total faith in the help from the dreams staff but now are totally out of money. The dreams policy wouldn't let us return the mattress and if we wanted to exchange it we would have had to keep sleeping on it for 30 nights before they would exchange it.
So the following day after having to go to the doctor's because I was in so much agony after sleeping on said mattress, I called mattresses next day from Whitstable in Kent and explained the situation so they got a mattress out to us same day so we had something we could actually sleep on. They got an amazing mattress out to us for £349 with free delivery honestly the best night sleep I have ever had on their mattress which was almost half the price. I couldn't recommend them enough. As for dreams I don't think their mattresses are fit for purpose no wonder your Sittingbourne Kent store is always empty!!
We did go into the store the day after the mattress was delivered as a courtesy call just in case they wanted to help us with a refund and to take the mattress back but apparently they can't do anything in the store to help and just have me customer services number and said if I make a fuss and get really angry they should do something for me. I did call customer services but obviously wasn't angry as that's not nice to be like that to anyone. so I spoke to a lovely lady that totally understand me and says she was we only had the mattress for a day she will speak to her manager and see if they will authorise a refund and collection for the mattress, she put me on hold for a very long time and then came back to me and said she was very sorry but her manager rung the store and because the store wouldn't admit liability they wouldn't refund me. So now I'm stuck with a mattress my doctor has even said fit me to not use at the end of my bed which is making it even harder for me to get around with my bad back. Dreams are a company from hell and shouldn't be allowed to trade with the way there run their business.
I'm not a disgruntled customer. Dreams obviously train their staff to try and convince customers to buy the mattresses they make the most money from and aren't actually concerned about that customers health. We feel that we have been scammed and I'm so stressed and upset about the whole ordeal. It's not nice having to struggle with mental health as it is let alone having this company screw us out of money. They aren't too be trusted at all.

Very positive experience this is the first time we have
bought a bed from Dreams.
The delivery of our bed was excellent we had a text the day before delivery and on the morning of delivery
we had a phone call to say our bed was on its way then a few minutes later another call to say our bed would be with us within ten minutes.
The delivery team were excellent and quickly assembled our bed and taking all the packaging away
With them very tidy .

We recently purchased a super king ottoman bed from the Sittingbourne branch of Dreams.
The service was very good nothing seemed to be too much trouble the installation by Dreams delivery guys went very well and the product itself is very good and we have a get sleep.
