Good service and advice in the shop plus friendly and helpful delivery drivers

Ordering the bed on the phone to my local store was very easy and the manager was very pleasant and helpful I met him as I went in to the Sittingbourne store very friendly staff arranged a delivery to suit my needs the bed was delivered and set up two very helpful guys and took old bed to be recycled all great the bed is so comfortable so happy with it very good choice would recommend dreams to anyone good products and fair prices thanks

I found my experience at dreams a pleasant one the sales lady Karen made the whole experience a breeze l was after an adjustable bed with Tempura mattress she showed me the beds and the mattress she new her stuff every question l asked her she knew the answer l end up buying my bed and two mattress as it was king size bed which was adjustable on both sides l think it took 20 minutes from start to finish l bought insurance for the bed and the two mattress and the price she gave me with discount was a no brainer l would highly recommend shopping at dream the staff there really know there stuff my bed with the tempura mattress is the best bed I’ve ever slept on and I’m 70 thank dreams you’ve made my knight I’ve never slept so good

All in all a good efficient service from the point of ordering our bed in the store.
The bed arrived when we were told it would be within our time slot! Robert/Rob was fantastic gave tips on how to build the bed in a quick detailed brief whilst delivering our new bed and taking away our old one (as easy as that!)

Treated myself to a new mattress. The staff member at Sittingbourne store was so helpful and showed me all the options which would suit my needs and was so patient with me nothing was too much trouble. As a 74 year old, old lady struggled getting on and off beds but he helped each time. Finally settled on a beautiful mattress with royal approval apparently. It is so comfortable I am sleeping much better and would definitely recommend this mattress well worth the money.

Findind the bed very comfortable, and ideal for my wife`s sleeping condition.
On a small note, it is a shame that the bed is almost impossible to move, due to it`s weight, and the fact there no castersor slide plates on the legs.

Everything was delivered on time and day the driver let's you know how far they are away from delivery to you

I went to the store months ago because my mattress was so uncomfortable, Maria walked me through all the options available, tested me on the bed-o-matic thing to tell me which type of mattress would best suit me.
I made a selection of my preferred mattress, she totally understood that I didn't have the money to purchase on the day, she didn't put me under any pressure to purchase.
I went back a couple of months later with the cash to buy, my model of mattress had been discontinued, so again Maria, gave me the closest option (slightly more expensive) and she worked hard to find available discounts to get back to the original price as possible.

The delivery guys were friendly and professional, they even went above and beyond what they needed to do as regards the delivery, they checked that I was ok with getting the mattress indoors.

All in all, some of the best customer service I've ever had, thank you.

Salesperson was very knowledgeable about the mattresses they had in stock and on the shopfloor, he offered us tea/coffee throughout the purchase and got us to try the sleepmatch machine which actually helped us choose our perfect mattress.

Great service from purchase to delivery. I particularly received great service from Dave and Marcin. They delivered my two single beds with so much care and assistance. They called me prior to the delivery and on the day of the delivery, they made sure they wore shoe covers as they entered my home. They also carried the beds upstairs upon my request. Such respectful and above and beyond service. I would definitely purchase again from Dreams.
