Best nights sleep ever
Well! our bed is now so comfy we don't want to get up in the mornings! Our new mattress is wonderful...didn't realise how uncomfortable our old one was.Best purchase we have made for along time,well worth the money 😃

Pleased with the service
Pleased with the service, from purchase through to delivery. Bought 2 mattresses and a bed frame. My only complaint is that we were not told bed parts were in the zipped portion of the headboard. Spent a long time looking for the three missing parts and then had to try to call. The wait times were ridiculous so I started an online chat. This was when we were told where the missing parts were. Would have been much better if the delivery drivers had told us when they dropped off our delivery. Apart from this minor annoyance, very pleased with everything. Bed is super comfy. Expensive but worth every penny.

This is the best mattress I’ve ever…
This is the best mattress I’ve ever owned! I was concerned that it would not suit my needs, but it in fact far surpassed my expectations ! I have not had a night before without some pain my joints ( one of my disabilities is extreme hyper mobility) Now I’m waking up with no discomfort at all!

We had exclusive attention
We had exclusive attention, offering a selection of beds and mattresses. Wr both had a hot drink offered (and accepted), clear details of what was included, with costs. We had the experience of the electronic bed to identify a suitable mattress. Clear details of delivery date, which were fully net. Great salespeople in store, and great delivery persons as well, who fully respected our property and stuck to COVID rules. A really great experience. The bds good too 😀

Friendly knowledgeable staff and excellent product
The staff were very knowledgeable about the products and took time to make sure we bought the correct product for us. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was explained clearly by friendly and efficient staff. Couldn’t be happier with our purchase and the service we received. Highly recommended to all.

When buying my bed the staff in the store were very helpful.
Bed was delivered on the. Date & time as arranged. The two men who delivered it Were extremely polite and very efficient, neat & tidy. My bed was put together very quickly. Amen to all the packing away with them and left everything nice and tidy. I was very impressed when they put over shoes on before entering the property. I Would not hesitate recommend DREAMS.
