I purchased my bed frame and looks nice and quite sturdy, and also looks great in the bedroom, and I am going to look for a similar one as a single for my spare room’ from dreams’in dew course, had to wait for the delivery a little longer than anticipated, but was satisfied with the bed,.

Back in March 2022 I treated myself to a Drift Ottoman bed and two of the matching bedside cabinets, in grey. My experience in store was good, being carefully guided through the various options of the Drift bed and mattresses. I had to wait a couple of weeks for delivery, which I thought was reasonable. It was delivered at the date and time agreed and placed where I requested by friendly delivery guys. I chose to build the bed myself. This was reasonably straightforward. It was afterward that I discovered the assembly help videos on YouTube! Building the bed was not quite as easy as it shows in the video but the instructions were quite clear and it took me and a friend slightly longer than the Dreams build time estimate but not an excessive time.
At first, the lighting on my bed was faulty, I was missing a couple of bolts and two of the feet had been crushed in the packaging. No problem as Dreams customer service sent out a ‘bed tech’ who came and sorted the lights out (one of the light strips was faulty) and I received an extra build ‘pack’ and new feet to fix myself. Dreams after-service has been excellent. Just recently I’ve experienced difficulty with the remote control operating the bed. No problem, as Dreams have sent me a new remote and I am now in the stages of waiting for a tech expert to contact me and synchronise the remote to the bed. I’ll let you know how it goes, but so far so good.
In regard to the mattress, it is great and really comfortable. I need a hard mattress as I have a back injury and I can say that I have had no problems. I got the mattress protector thrown in and I took out the replacement cover which thankfully I haven’t needed yet. The Ottoman area under the bed is great and swallows my Christmas decorations and duvet sets. The LG TV is posh with the way it lifts out from the footboard. Watching films is a new experience, now.
If I had any negatives with the product it would be that, personally, I would have liked a better sound system to be fitted to the bed. But thats just me. What is there is good, but not great.
All in all, at just under a year in, I love my bed and look forward to jumping into it each and every night.

As an update, I was contacted in regard to re - syncing my new remote to the bed and all works fine, now….I’m one happy bunny….Thank you Dreams beds :-)

When delivered the guys were also very polite and did not complain because we have a very difficult turn at the top of the stairs we also have photo's going up the stairs which they removed and put back when finnished so as not to damage anything.

MATTRESS PLASTIC COVER WAS WET AND MUDDY ON ONE END and i was not happy about this

ON discussion delivery staff denied having placed it on the wet and dirty ground outside when they initially took it out of their delivery vehicle

staff were however friendly.
