Dreams Sittingbourne - Knowledgeable & Friendly
The staff in Dreams of Sittingbourne were really friendly. We were greeted by Darren who was very knowledgeable. We tried the ‘Sleepmatch’ tool in the shop which was very interesting.
We ended up purchasing a Tempur mattress which I can honestly say was the best choice. Slightly more expensive, but extremely comfortable. No more dips in the mattress and no more aching back in the morning. Will be returning to purchase the Tempur pillows and possibly a new bedframe. Very satisfied customer.

Easy transaction
We were looking for a specific type of mattress and was able to spend time looking at options. The sales assistant showed us the range that was available and could provide information needed. The purchase, booking of delivery and delivery itself was straightforward.

We were so impressed by the service we received. There was no hurry, questions were answered, the transaction carried out with simplicity. On delivery day everything went smoothly and it was all sorted, including removal of old mattress, in minutes
