Excellent choice

Customer service and advice Very good

The atmosphere in the store was relaxed & wellcoming. The staff were friendly, knowledgble, professional, efficient & went to great lengths to explain & demonstrate the products which best suited my needs based on the information I gave to them. At no time did I feel pressurised or intimidated.

Very helpful and informative 5 star service from the shop floor to the delivery. Can’t complain

Helpful staff lots of different beds on display

Bought a tv bed but men said that the TV foot is faulty, over a week later went to the store and complained, I tried phoning emailed and text ,our tv is still sitting in the box .I have said I want it done or I will return the bed and would like a refund. Hopefully this will be done .Men were polite and did try several times to put the tv in but the foot board is faulty. The man in store did email and has put urgent so we will see .

Joanne was very informative about the product, she did her up most to get the time and day I needed.
The mattress is very comfy aswell.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Put me at ease straight away. Bed was delivered when they said, delivery men were helpful and friendly. Very good customer service. I ordered a tempur mattress which I am pleased with, comfortable but very heavy if you have to move it and I can only just lift the corners to tuck the sheet in.

Really easy and smooth process delivered by friendly professionals. Eveything was explained clearly, we was well looked after and managed to find a bed (even tho we was window shopping) without any hassle.

Darren and Joanna were incredibly helpful in guiding me through the different mattress models, especially since I recently arrived from Turkey and wasn't familiar with the options here. Their knowledge really helped clear up my confusion and allowed me to make the right choice. I’m now using the mattress, and I’m extremely satisfied. It’s very comfortable, and the pillows and duvet are amazing!

Good bed and staff from purchase to delivery excellent

I absolutely LOVE my new mattress. I was a little apprehensive whether it would be too firm, (& contemplating if I should have stayed with my old one), but once the guys delivered it, on time & calling before hand to confirm the delivery time, I tried it and absolutely adored it. It is firm, but that is what I wanted and it definitely helps my back. My only complaint is that it is sooo comfortable, that I can't wait to go to bed & don't want to get up the next morning.

Had trouble with single ottoman . This was my own fault as didn’t read instructions properly and pushed up the ottoman without first putting on the mattress ! It wouldn’t go down again no matter how hard I tried to push it down. I did on line chat first and they could not have been more helpful. Within the hour I had a crew who were in area (Sittingbourne) come round and fix my problem within 5 minutes. Friendly and cheerful guys. Ones name was Jack and sorry didn’t catch the other ones name. They said any more problems at all don’t hesitate to get in touch. Great service and credit to company. Well done Dreams.

Excellent service in the Dreams showroom, very knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery was on time and delivery guys very pleasant and efficient.

Sales people very helpful but not pushy, delivery came in time slot given. Purchased mattress at sale price plus given £80 worth of pillows as a freebie. Well pleased.

The friendly and helpful sales assistant helped me to choose the right bed for me. She demonstrated several different models based on the information I gave her, encouraged me to try them for myself, and patiently waited for me to decide which was best for me. She was so helpful throughout the process, and I am delighted by my new bed after 8 nights of great sleep!
