Very good mattress very firm and high and wide perfect fit for a king size bed from dreams too. No gaps on side of frame. Had it since 2 weeks going very well no issues so far.

Good communication from dreams regarding delivery

Dominic from Slough branch was outstanding with his service. He greeted us at the door and offered drinks then talked us through the options available to us through the dreams bed selector. He was very helpful and very informed. He helped us select the best mattress for us and the process was very smooth. The delivery was also perfect, the staff were very polite and helpful.

Great customer service in store, staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Good delivery service, arrived on time and delivery staff removed old bed and put new one together and left bedroom clean and tidy.

I needed a new mattress and am so glad I didn’t fall for all the tv advertising for two particular brands. I went to Dreams and had the best experience. They have a cool machine that checks your sleeping type and recommends the type of mattress you should consider, then the lovely staff take over, give you coffee and all the time in the world to try both the mattresses they show you and any others you like. The one I chose was delivered with great efficiency and has been a roaring success. I know that if I had needed to return the mattress I would have been treated with the same professional and helpful service. Full marks all round!

Ordered Hyde & Sleep bed costing £2.6k on store recommendation - a lot more than we had intended on paying - to date the bed has not arrived - new delivery date is now 18th July - no correspondence from Slough store we have to keep calling them - so disappointed and upset - currently sleeping on a mattress on the floor and partner has a bad back - sales person said delivery would be 4-6 weeks but most probably we would get it in 2-3 - it is now 11+ - we so wish we had gone elsewhere - have emailed customer service today as well

The Manager Cameron & James, who dealt with us were both amazing, greeting my Wife & I both pleasantly on arrival at the store, offering us tea, coffee, water regularly. The store has been changed around & vastly improved, with a more relaxed atmosphere & Cameron & James were so friendly & chatty, doing everything they could to help us & save us money. Their customer service really was the best I have ever had the pleasure to experience & I highly recommend using their store.
