customer service was incredible
The customer service, from buying the bed frame and mattress from the store to the delivery was incredible. The store reps made sure we were being looked after since we walked into the store and the delivery team were very efficient and on time for the work.

We had a fantastic experience
We had a fantastic experience here! Despite the store being quite busy, we were welcomed within 30 seconds. Jack looked after us all the way through and never made us feel pressured. He actually encouraged us to look at different options to ensure we got the perfect item, and clearly explained the 100-night guarantee and T&Cs.
Jack was an absolute top assistant and we couldn't be happier with the seamless, stress-free service he provided. Highly recommended!

The Customer assistant 'Ash' made all the difference
The Customer assistant 'Ash' made us feel very welcome and took the time to show us the different types of Storage beds available and what their pros and cons were. He was never rushing and allowed us to pepper him with questions regarding materials used, warrantys, delivery details and offers available. Definantly worth coming to, and they deliver to any room of the home without an extra charge, unlike Bensons for beds, who only drop to the the front hall and have inferior slatted beds...

Amazing service from the moment I…
Amazing service from the moment I walked through the door. I was offered a drink. I was offered to try out new beds and a machine that would tell us what bed would be great for us it was amazing. The team were beyond professional and friendly and welcoming the store was beautiful and clean. The delivery service was absolutely amazing and the product itself has been great so far. I would really recommend if you want excellent advice go to Dreams they’re not just about the sale.

Excellent from showroom visit to delivery
From showroom visit to delivery the service was excellent. I love my new mattress and now sleeping through the night. Thanks for making a tough decision /process easier. Delivery team moved a heavy mattress with ease and took my old one away which is a great help. Product amazing I did replace like for like but a newer version.

Dreams are the true pioneers when it comes to ensuring a great nights sleep! We went to buy a new mattress as our previous had served its time. We went to Dreams in Slough where we met Jack, who assisted us with great patience, professionalism and indepth knowledge of all products instore. We recieved delivery of the mattress yesterday and after just 1 nights sleep, can feel the improved quality of sleep ending the sleepless nights of trying to find that comfy spot. So thankyou Jack you are a legend and a great ambassador for Dreams!

A great experience in dreams Slough store today, welcoming staff SHIBLY and JACK. We bought a single mattress to take home the same day and even had free mattress protector and pillows thrown in. A successful day and went home with the best mattress and a an amazing deal. Thank you dreams.
