We were contacted a few days before delivery,delivery crew were very thorough, taking care whilst in property ( shoe covers worn). Assembled product & gave us various instructions as per looking after product . Very pleased with product& various members we came into contact with during purchase. Thank you!

Great experience!
We went to Dreams in slough Bath road this Wednesday looking for a super king bed and mattress. We were greeted by Shibly, a member of staff, he was very friendly, very helpful and made choosing a bed very easy. We can’t fault him or the store, looking forward to our new bed arriving! The divan, mattress and headboard were extremely easy to order, of good quality and value for money.
They arrived on time and the delivery team that put it all together were brilliant. It was worth paying for room of choice and installation.

Great customer service from Jack …but Watch out for Dreams Slough parking charges / no mention in store or by staff
Had an overall good experience when purchasing a new bed for my son at the Dreams Slough store. Customer service experience was great from Jack.
Got a parking ticket shortly after the purchase day / but after phoning Jack at the Slough stored; he sorted the parking ticket out, ensuring the £100.00 fine was removed.
So pleased he managed to resolve it so quickly for me.
Wish there had been a notice inside the store and/ or maybe if there was a way to register your vehicle …but pleased it was dealt with so easily once I phoned the store.
I’ve updated the review stars to reflect the customer service from Jack instead of the parking experience.

I have contacted our property team to look into the set-up of the car park at our Slough Store.
The car park is managed by an external company that has been appointed by the site’s landlord. There are a couple of boards on display in the car park which details any parking information and restrictions.
As you have placed an order in store, you should be able to submit an appear to the parking company and they will review your appeal. However, in order to look into a couple of things for you, we have requested your order details via Trustpilot and hope to receive this information soon.

Awful communication & mattress slides across divan.
Awful communication from store with wrong delivery dates given and slow communication - 6 weeks for a response from them regarding my complaint about a faulty product that still wasn’t (and isn’t) resolved despite numerous chases from me dating back from January. They also sold me the wrong mattress (despite us agreeing the correct one instore) and made me pay the extra cost for their mistake.
The mattress of the bed slides across the divan meaning it hangs over the side of divan (also bought from Dreams) but they won’t respond to communication about my complaint dating back from January.

You might not believe me but the new mattress I bought from you is repairing my body slow but sure, I've had three years of bad sleep, body pain, because of the mattress I was sleeping on,it was like sleeping on cobble stones, I'm now beginning to walk better, my stiff neck and arm pain is diminishing, I'm so happy with this mattress, Thankyou.

Excellent customer service for new mattress and pillow
A lot can be bought online these days, but it doesn't match the experience when visiting a Dreams branch to get advice and recommendation for your new mattress and pillow. Excellent customer service. The recommended pillow was just perfect. After only one night with the new pillow I woke up at last with no neck pain. I can't wait for the new mattress and bed to arrive. Highly recommend Dominik from the Slough Branch.
