Very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful salesman who helped us make the right choice of bed and mattress. Good delivery date, the delivery guys assembled the new bed and took the old one away without any problems. Amazing staff whose product knowledge and general customer care is exceptional.

Dominique and James in the Slough…
Dominique and James in the Slough branch are excellent. Very polite, patient with customers like us who got so many questions. We got few beds and beside tables along with mattresses from them. Superb fast delivery with assembly nearly done. I had however had some issue with the bench that I ordered as that did not fit in our room and needed 2 bedside tables instead . Just called the branch and was promptly been delivered, also the bench was taken back. Can’t praise enough the quality of products and the people working there. Always will recommend . Thanks Dreams!

I was supported in store to select the mattress that suited me and various other products. The delivery was seemless and delivery men worn covering and ensure I was happy before they left.

Great service.
In the showroom I was looked after by Jack. He was able to answer anything I wanted to know and nothing was too much trouble. Bed was delivered and installed smoothly. It'was really comfortable from the start, didn't take any getting used to at all.

Great Slough Store
Very helpful colleagues in the store, showing us exactly how the store was laid out and the different budgetary options. The order process was smooth and very impressed that the charges for removal of old beds and delivery/assembly were so reasonable.
