Excellent service from the minute I walked in the store I was made to feel comfortable and not rushed into making a decision about my purchase. I was given advice about the best products to suit my needs, all my questions were answered to my satisfaction, I am completely happy with my products.

Excellent service good value

We bought a TheraPur Glacier 1800 Combination, only the mattress costed us more than £900, with discounts. After the first night of use the mattress got our body shape’s without coming back to the original shape, after 3 nights of use (YES, 3 nights) the mattress was completely deformed, creating “deep holes”, very irregular shapes. It gets worse every night. I can’t describe the discomfort in sleeping in this mattress, and the feeling that we bought such an expensive mattress and we got this bad quality, it seems a scam.
I went to the Dreams store that I bought it (4 working days ago), the staff was very kind, same way that it was when we bought it. They explained me that this claim had to go to their Customer Service and they would answer in 3 working days, I’m still waiting for some news from them. Be careful when you buy a mattress from this store. I received an email as an “after sales inquiring” that says “we won’t rest until you are happy”, I will see how this statement is true. For the moment we are just regretting this purchase, specially during the nights, having body pains due to this terrible mattress.

Highly recommended, I cannot fault our experience from walking in and finding our comfortable new bed and mattress.
The advisor was very professional and walked us through our options, and more importantly left us to make our decision. There was never no pressure sale. If you are looking for a new bed or mattress, I would highly recommend Dreams at Tamworth.

Purchase and delivery excellent but 2 faults with bed and mattress. One drawer not shutting right just in kne corner of drawer and thread not sewn in right on mattress. Have let customer services know. Unfortunately didn't notice problem with drawer while delivery men there. Only noticed it much later when putting bed linen on. My friend noticed it but thought it was just not shut fully. Mattress had to remain covered for a while after they had gone.

Got in touch with Customer services who dealt with this straightaway. New mattress and new half bed base arriving later this month. Excellent service.

We brought a mattress from Dreams and on the day of delivery we waited all morning no delivery. Phoned the store where we purchased the mattress to be told we had Phoned to cancel that day and rearrange for another day which we didn't . We was offered compensation which was a joke for the stress and change of plans for the day of delivery. Has for the name Dreams it should be Nightmares.

From the time we walked through the shop door. Rhiannon was very knowledgeable and sorted out the.best bed for us which has proved to be an excellent choice very happy.delivery was on time and went very smoothly

I was looking to buy a mattress and a lady called Rhiannon from the Tamworth store served me and she was so help full, she did a sleep match on me and my sister. She also asked me if I wanted a drink. She helped me find a mattress that was best for me.

We ordered the bed and bedside tables with ease , the staff at Tamworth branch were very friendly and helpful, we also had to change our delivery date which was also done with ease. Highly recommended

Arrived on time. Great service on delivery and the removal of the old mattress (£50 fee and disposable bag to put it in) took a few days to get use to from a normal mattress to a memory foam. Wasn't sure at first but now we love it. Thank you dreams.

I went in to just simply look around and ended up buying a bed Katie who helped us couldn’t have done anything more and sold me a lovely bed that Iv been enjoying since.

The whole buying experience was calm the sales lady was patient understanding and helpful
I now have a mattress that soothes every part of my body , I have osteoarthritis and deterioration of the spine, most mattresses feel like bed of nails but I’ve had the best nights sleep I’ve ever had.
I fall asleep quickly and sleep better. Best bed ever
