David at the Torquay store was amazing and very attentive, spent lots of time with us to ensure we got the right bed for us which was important as my partner is in a wheelchair and needs the support for his back

Amazing customer service I received from the store, as I wasn’t quite sure what I was looking for, very happy with the bed and delivered before the stated time very impressed.

From entering the showroom and being warmly greeted by the agent until the delivery men placed our mattress in position everything went smoothly. The agent could not have been more helpful or considerate. The delivery team was prompt, efficient and obliging. The other suppliers we tried were not in the same class. Job done well.

The shop experience was excellent. Updates on when the bed was ariving were really accurate. Everyone very helpful and friendly. Having the old bed taken away was a real big help. Very satisfied with everything ..

We found Dreams an excellent company to deal with from our initial visit to the store to the installation of our new bed. Communication regarding delivery was great and the staff who put the bed together were very professional and friendly.

I had had rather poor service from 2 of your competitors. One did not even have the Simba mattress they advertised and advised I'd have to go to Plymouth (Benson). Your salesman, Scott?, was very good and patient. Between the two of us we narrowed the choice down to your Helston mattress. Delivery was good and to date I am very happy with my choice.

Well to start with i wasn't pushed to buy my new mattress had a wonderful guy called David who explained everything to me asked what my budget was and we went from there not pushy in anyway even went on the 3d bed machine got sorted and even had a cuppa made for me fantastic service. Thanks Dream team .

Stephen (our salesman) did a fantastic job of helping us choose 2 new mattresses. He was extremely patient and made sure we were positive about our choices before we left! In fact we were there so long, we got a parking ticket lol.
The mattresses were delivered to our second floor flat on schedule as promised.
