A new comfortable bed from Dreams
The Dreams staff were very helpful and showed us various options. Our bed was delivered within nine days, the delivery was made exactly at the time stated and the drivers contacted us ten minutes before arriving. They removed the old bed and placed the new bed in situ. He told us how to air the bed for a few hours before making it which we did and how to wash the mattress cover when needed.
We have slept really well since we have had the new bed and are very pleased with our purchase.

Ordered a therapur 2600 actigel. It was £1400 for the mattress and the total was £1470. This included the mattress, a new pillow, mattress protector, 5 year accidental damage, delivery and old mattress taken away. We were given the protector and accidental damage cover as a bonus which was really good. Salesman was really down to earth and everything was easy.

Quality, friendly and easy
Saw the bed we liked online with matching units, went across to the local store to have a peek at them.
Placed the order and kept informed the whole time, and the two delivery guys were friendly and straight on it.
Everything went ahead as it should do, happy customer here and would reccomend.

Beautiful sofa bed, great quality, sturdy and delivered right on time.
Unfortunately we made the mistake of looking at the bed on the day of delivery and it's on the website now with 25% off - would have saved us £225, but nobody advised us.
For this reason probably won't use again, but I can't fault the product itself.
