Great service
Great service, could not be happier with my purchase. From visiting the Torquay Store, booking a delivery appointment, being kept informed to the guys that delivered my mattress everything went smoothly sad to say this level of service is unusual these days, other companies need to take note this is how custome service should be.

Everything went as planned
Everything went as planned. Mattress arrived within a few days of purchase. Very comfortable, sleeping well and no getting up with back ache in the morning, yippee!!

Excellent customer service from the chap who helped me choose a mattress. It arrived on time within a 2 hour slot, was installed and the old one removed within minutes.
I'm really pleased with the mattress and my back problem has dissappeared.

Great service, from the Assistant in the store giving us helpful advice, not 'hounding' us and leaving us alone to test the mattresses in our own time - to the delivery men, who were helpful and polite and kept us informed with regards to the delivery date and time.
