The mattress is very comfortable

The whole experience of buying a mattress was seamless. From using the special machine to indicate which type of mattress was best, to actually trying them for suitability. The shop assistant was also aware of providing the best mattress and within budget.

Hatti bed frame great & very well made! On assembly though metal washers could have been a bit bigger & allen key a bit longer. Maidstone mattress like sleeping on a cloud!!! Delivery was good, customer service good, Would recommend Dreams to anyone.

In shop experience -knowledgeable polite and efficient. Item delivered on time with good communication throughtout - pleasant and helpful delivery men .

Very Impressed with Jason and Owen who delivered my mattress from
Dreams. They were courteous and friendly a credit to the Company. I would certainly use Dreams again the mattress so far is proving to be very comfortable.

The sleepmatch machine provided the perfect level of techie for our little brains and the science of sleep is fascinating

Came on time,straight to the room i wanted the bed in. Fixed all the electric bed together and showed me how to use it. Very polite and professional. Also took away the old bed and rubbish to be recycled.

Lovely helpful new member of staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Will go back for any other purchases.

Not often i write a review however the young lady that guided my wife and I on making a decision on which bed to purchase was excellent. We were surprised to hear that she had only been working at Dreams for a month, which was even more impressive.
A note to management, invest in a coffee pod machine, customers and staff will feel more valued. Instant coffee is oh so dated.
Looking forward to a comfortable, cool sleep in 3 weeks.

On time and very courteous. Loved the fact they put on indoor slippers over their shoes. Made the frame up in no time.

Went in store in truro. Looked at a mattress. Was told we would need the zipped in the middle version as the superking wouldn't fit up our stairs. We didn't like the idea, but salesman Was adamant that wouldn't even notice that it was zipped in middle at all and said the gap was absolutely unnoticeable. Then Told us all the reasons why it would be perfect. They didnt have that version in store but assured us it was fine. So we said ok.
It was delivered. The gap in the middle is insane. 4cm gap!!!! My wife and I were constantly falling in the gap during the night. First thing I did the next day was contact dreams and tell them the mattress was unfit for purpose. We were told the salesman hadn't ever even seen our model of bed, and theve never stocked it so they were unsure about how it fits together. So not only unfit for purpose, but completely mis sold to us. It has been 4 weeks since. I've called, emailed, they even sent a guy to come see the gap. That was it. No more contact. Even though the guy admitted a 4cm gap was double the size they would deem unacceptable. But, Instead of collecting the mattress and giving us a refund, they are just hoping we go away by the sounds of it! No emails, no call back, no nothing! I made contact A DAY AFTER DELIVERY, and more than several times since.. It's been 4 weeks... shocking after sales. Avoid!!!!! Especially if they try to sell the zipped in middle version of a bed!!!!!! I would avoid dreams if you want honest help if the mattress isn't suitable. We didn't get to see the bed before buying. The salesman hasn't ever seen the model he sold us. Shocking.
