Dream mattress
Mike, the store assistant was really helpful and didn't push for a sale at all, it was all on our own terms. We tried many mattresses and found the one we loved. Easy and fast check out and it was delivered with no problems at all.

Buy online. Don't buy instore
Went into the Tunbridge Wells store as I'm looking for a double bed and mattress but really only went in to see what sort of mattress suits me. Unexpectedly I spotted the perfect bed and mattress and the sales assistant was lovely. I decided I'd get the bed and mattress there and then and went through the interest free finance option with a view to securing the purchases today.
Unfortunately to get 0% interest free credit I was told I had to pay a £230 deposit. The total cost including protection on both items was £840 so the deposit was a fair chunk of the total spend, and far too high a cost to pay.
I came home and ordered the same bed and mattress from Dreams with 0% interest and no deposit.
The sales guys were lovely and a credit to the business but I can't help but feel I was being ripped off by being asked to pay such a large deposit instore, apparently because the finance company Dreams uses demands it.
I am so pleased I didn't go through with the purchase in the store.

I am delighted to hear that you were happy with the service your received in store. However, I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the terms of interest free credit in store.
The finance companies that collaborate with us have agreed service level agreements and there are some differences between placing an order in store and placing an order online.
We appreciate that every customer’s circumstances are different, and some will want to pay a deposit, and some will not. We do appreciate your feedback, and I will be sure to send it over to our retail team.

A sale with a refreshing attitude.
The sales staff at the Tunbridge Wells store were very helpful and centered upon our requirements as elderly customers, rather than steering us towards more expensive goods ( as do some competitors) ....a very refreshing and considerate attitude that has its own reward !

Excellent sales experience
From the sales assistant at your Tonbridge branch to the delivery guys all went as expected. The shop assistant showed me all the items I was interested in gave me the mattress tester to insure I had the right style of mattress for my body and sleep style. The delivery was planned well in advance, I was contacted before the delivery day and on the actual day to confirm the time. The guys wore over shoe protection and put the new mattresses onto the bed, took away the old units and all the packaging. Great service all round.

A highly recommended bed specialist.
The whole experience from entering the shop, discussing and then being shown what we wanted, through to placing the order and then the delivery and installation was completely faultless. The whole team were excellent.
The bed was needed for our spare room and has yet to be used but I have no doubt that it will be excellent as well.
