Love my new bed! Very comfortable and the extra storage in the base is very welcome. Lovely staff, all very helpful and informative. The delivery guys went over and above with my delivery, which was very smooth and quick. Well done everyone! This Company would be my first call if I need another upgrade!

Assessing our sleeping postures on the sleep match as well as trying out several mattress was highly useful in helping us make the right choices for our sore backs. With the store discount, free delivery, only 6 days to wait and a very patient non-pushy salesman, it was an enjoyable experience. Looking forward to our new mattress.

Richard was fantastic at the Wrexham branch. Not pushy, found out what I wanted then made suggestions and worked hard to get what I wanted at the price I needed.

Went to Wrexham Dreams store to buy a mattress, was greeted by Sarah , she was most helpful not pushy and understood my disability and didn’t try to make me buy the most expensive bed, but the one that was right for me and my disability.
Overall my experience at Wrexham store was very positive.

The whole experience of using Dreams has been excellent. From the moment we entered the store to prompt delivery was 10/10.
We were kept informed the whole way through from start to finish.

I only went in to check prices and didn't have any idea of what I was looking for mattress wise. Luckily they have the Sleepmaster machine to help you narrow down suitable options. Thought it a bit gimmicky at first but I now appreciate the time saving it gives you and a much shorter list of options to try.
Fabulously helpful staff understood how important it is to get the right option for me with my allergies shown by their willingness to find out extra details about the fibre used, making sure the mattress is suitable for me and my allergies.
I didn't feel pressurised at any point and feel I was helped to make the best choice for me at a price that works for me.
