I’ve tried all kinds of pillowcases and this one wins, hands down. Stays cool throughout the night and feels amazing on the skin. Even my beard doesn’t snag anymore. It’s the little things, really.

I wanted something gentle on my skin, and this just felt perfect! My hair doesn’t get tangled anymore, and I wake up without those strange sleep lines. It’s one of those little indulgences that makes a big difference over time.

Happy with our purchase. Didn't take any of the extras they were trying to sell us and feel the comfort guarantee is a rip off as you have to pay £95 for any unliked mattresses to be collected, but not needed for us. Sale was fine, delivery was good - not too long to wait either. Overall we are happy

The staff at Dreams, York were very knowledgeable. I was greeted by Austen who offered me and my friend a drink and then explained how the. Computerised bed assessed my needs. Once it had analysed my needs he directed me to all the beds that fitted my profile. I spent a very long time testing all the beds before making my decision.
Subsequently I popped into the store a couple times to resolve some questions. I was met by a different person every time. They were all able to pick up my details and reassure me. I was kept well informed at every step and very impressed with the service. I’ve seen nothing like this in many years.
To top it all I am very pleased with my new bed.

The delivery team were great - couldn't fault them - punctual, cheerful + helpful.
The bedframe, which was all I ordered, was easy enough to construct as the instructions were clear but I found that the spanner provided was difficult to manoeuvre in the small recesses - to achieve sufficient 'purchase' + the essential joint stability. I did it in the end but... that bit was tough.
The bed looks fabulous in its new setting.☺️

Booked weeks in advance, expected the date to be moved but No! Very clear information in advance, messages from both the driver and his assistant on the morning of delivery. Arrived exactly in the time slot, very respectful to the property. Everything was put together with the minimum of fuss, two guys with a lovely manner and humour.
And the bed! Due to holidays only slept one night, but all the aches and pains of years have disappeared! Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Bought a bed and mattress in York
Bed arrived fine mattress was not what I had asked for
When phoned salesman did not want anything to do with this and passed me on to customer service
This sorted me out but left me out of pocket because they do not delivery to our islands
All sorted after two weeks and happy with our bed and mattress

We recently purchased a new divan base from the York store. The staff were friendly and approachable but not too 'salesy'. We were given lots of information and options about extended warranties and delivery options. We opted to have the base delivered to a room of our choice and built ready to use. The bed was delivered on the day expected and the three-person team were friendly and respectful of our home. They wore protective covers over their shoes to keep the carpets clean. All in all, the job was done within 15-20 minutes. We're very pleased with the base. It's looks nice, is finished well and feels solid. Would definitely buy from Dreams again.

Second time we gave used Dream, our latest purchase was a new mattress, following a very interesting assessment of how we lie in bed s selection of mattresses were offered to us to try. The delivery was on time and delivered into the room. So far very good.
