A good experience from going in store to choose a new bed and matress to the delivery several weeks later.
Staff in store were friendly and helpful without being pushy.
My husband went on the matress machine to find the best suited matress for him.
The delivery guys were on time,friendly and helpful. They took the packages and new matress upstairs and the old matress away.

I wanted a new a bed for a few months and it took me ages to choose, I went to dreams and the customer service assistant knew everything about bed! And now it's arrived I sleep in comfort! Overall service is 10/10

Excellent service in the store and was pleased that the computer picked the best mattress for me which was medium. Thought it would take a few weeks to get used to it but it was comfortable the first night.

The two men who delivered the new base really went the extra mile. They removed the old base, built the new one and fitted the headboard. They also noticed our matress on the landing and put that on the new base for us. Super service.

Good services pleased with the polite selling and knowledge about what bed we needed .

The salesperson was so helpful. Then the delivery was the day they said and the men were brilliant face us plenty of warning, did an efficient job putting the sofa bed up and taking away the rubbish. The bed is gorgeous and very comfy very pleased.

Your showroom staff, once they have completed the sale and calculated their commission, they are not interested in the customer. Their after sales service is extremely poor and therefore I would not recommend Dreams to anyone.

I thought silk sheets were a bit much until I tried them. Now I’m sold. They regulate temperature well, especially during warmer nights. Waking up without night sweats is a game-changer.

This is one of the rare purchases I’ve made where I noticed a difference on night one. My shoulders and lower back feel better supported. It’s not flashy, but it’s effective – and that’s what counts.

I share my bed with a snorer, or should I say, shared. Now the nights are quieter, and I’m less grumpy in the morning. It’s one of those purchases that paid for itself in peace of mind. Absolutely amazed with how immediately effective it was!

Honestly, I didn’t expect to love it this much. It just... works. There’s a cozy weight to it that helps me settle down. I'm falling asleep faster and staying asleep longer. My sleep tracker stats are finally showing some improvement!

Our new bed and mattress are absolutely fantastic, as were the two men that delivered it and put it up. However, Dreams kept messing us about with the delivery date and the mattress protector that we ordered was missing.

Whilst, we are very disappointed with the service we have received from the York branch of Dreams, the customer service team who have reached out to us through our Trustpilot review have been exceptional. They have went above and beyond in rectifying our complaint.
