Choosing the right mattress was made easy by the shop staff. Delivery was promptly arranged and on time. The mattress is comfortable and just what was needed.

On my second visit to York Monks Cross I decided on a soft mattress- the one in store was softer than when mine was delivered but I assume that’s due to having been well tested in store.
When I asked about ottoman bed bases I was given a full run down of what was available and settled on an ottoman divan with headboard. Delivery was efficient and I’m really pleased with my new bed.

From the moment we walked into the store the staff were very helpful. Their knowledge was excellent and they gave us plenty of time to look around and answered all our questions. The delivery was within the time frame stated with a phone call from the staff half an hour before arrival. Installation was done efficiently and a demonstration of the bed operation give. The staff were very polite, we would highly recommend Dreams to anyone

We were served by Liam in the Clifton Moor store. He was very friendly, professional, polite and helpful. He answered all of our questions and made recommendations after listening to our needs. We shopped around and found Dreams to be the best value for money. We bought a double ottoman bed and a mattress.
