Excellent customer service
The best way to tell how good a company is, is by how they deal with an issue. There was a problem with my order. One item couldn’t be sent and so Duke Direct’s supplier were to fulfil the missing item, which they didn’t. As soon as Duke Direct’s customer service found out, they contacted me and offered a solution straight away. They were extremely prompt, very efficient, and resolved the situation quickly. You couldn’t ask for better service.

Really great customer service
Really great customer service, helpful and understanding. I had a problem with my order and Tina was very easy to talk to. Replacements were received quickly with no problems. I've been buying this brand for years from stores for overweight people, but couldn't find them in conventional sizes after losing weight, fortunately this store stocks them.

Don't bother unless you're willing to wait for delivery
Paid for 24 hour express delivery on Saturday 30th September for going on holiday on Thursday 5th October...items didn't arrive in time and nobody willing to take ownership of the issue

Hi, I am just looking into this tracking now. You can see the order was placed on Saturday and dispatched on Monday 1st October with Next day delivery service. You can confirm this from tracking number TY5157155. It looks like then there was a problem between Parcel force ad the delivery location and this was in fact delivered two days later.
I have not heard from yourself, I would have most definitely been in touch with Parcel Force to invesigate further. Since your email address and phone number were provided to Parcel Force directly I assume you have been corresponding directly with them as you mention no one was willing to take ownership.
I'm so sorry you have had a bad experience. We rely on Parcel Force and Royal Mail to deliver our packages in the timeframe we choose and we pay for. Sometime for reasons out of our control this does not happen.

I have worn my favourite grey D555 fleece for many years, it is still in decent condition. The new black fleece arrived in good time, though totally different it is of equal quality and fits perfectly. Now I have 2 quality hooded fleeces. Highly recommended.
