Unable to complete purchases due to problems with payment page unable to enter security numbers

Everything good other than the fact that I ordered the wrong size out of my ignorance. I assumed that XXL is the same size as 2XL and I now know, after checking, it is not. 2XL is my size so the XXL that I ordered, and received, is too small. At the time I ordered, 2XL's were not in abundance !
I have six or seven Duke 555 tops and shorts and I must say that they are true to size and I find reliable.
I would like to give five stars but it is not made clear enough for me about this size difference.
I will still be buying this brand.

honestly, I was amazed by the customer service from the team at Duke Direct, I ordered a good number of items, which I loved, and returned the items I did not need do to sizing, as I ordered a few different sizes, I returned them, but parcel force delivered them to the wrong address, and did not leave a calling card, so I contacted them and I could not believe how above and beyond the team went to resolve the issue, along with informing me every step of the way, I don't leave reviews normally but I had to leave a review to let everyone know, they was 10/10 on customer services.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from them. I ordered a pair of jeans but they never arrived. Countless efforts to contact the company over the last few weeks have been ignored, so I presume that they have no intention of sending me the jeans. I can only hope that I will be able to get a refund either by Paypal or through my credit card. Companies like this should be prosecuted!!

I ordered a pair of jeans for my partner for Christmas. Exact same make/model number/size as a pair he already has. The pair sent were massively bigger than the original pair that he has. I have contacted the seller Duke Direct via mobile number (not answering) and via WhatsApp and she has read my message, but is not responding. Do not buy from this person.

Ordered some trousers stated as in stock 3 - 5 day delivery on 2nd November. Have still not received the goods and despite multiple emails no answers. Am now going through paypal to try and get my money back. Save yourself the time and effort buy from somewhere else!

Completely ripped off .
I order two shirts they said one our of stock but not advertised as out of stock. They took my money for it I can't get through in the phone or email. Terrible company need reporting to eBay and trading standards .still haven't got my money back as the is no way of contacting them.

Took a week to get someone to answer the phone. The zipper broke on my hoodie, I was told that all their clothing only comes with a 30 day guarantee. Avoid this company. Terrible customer service. The are called Duke Direct but say they have nothing to do with Duke clothing in the same town. Both Duke clothing and Duke Direct are to be avoided.
