Ricky was exceptional. He worked in the intense heat to repair a leak in my main water supply line. He replaced pipe to fix the problem, having had to drill down through the concrete flooring. The job took a long time, but he was a consummate professional.

Bradley came to sort water pressure…
Bradley came to sort water pressure out which we have had problems with Thames water for many months. Thames water told us to get a new stopcock as this could be the problem. Bradley fitted a new stopcock but this didn’t fix the problem he did many different things and spent approximately 2 hrs at eventually he fixed the problem. Bradley went above and beyond to help sort the problem he definitely deserves a 5+ for his hard work and good knowledge.

Louis was a lovely and friendly man. He explained everything he was doing before carrying out the job. He checked his work throughly several times before he was happy that the job was done to his and our satisfaction. Louis's service is first class.
