Very pleased that my non flushing toilet was fixed quickly and efficiently. The plumber who visited was very pleasant and friendly. I was given a quote beforehand and as several parts of the siphon system had to be replaced I think the price I paid was reasonable. The booking system was easy to use and I was kept well informed about the time of the appointment.

Plumbing emergency. Called BG who got DynoRod to call following morning (my preference) arrived and fixed leak, no fuss. Plastic pipe had popped.

Really pleased with excellent service from Danny who managed to repair a corroded cartridge in a bathroom tap and save the expense of replacing with new costly set from Burlington. Pamela who took my call was also very calming and efficient in getting to root of problem. Excellent service

Steve arrived when he said he would and fitted the new shower in no time at all then changed the taps in my kitchen - very efficient, friendly and speedy. Nothing was too much trouble.

The engineer Simon was very informative good explanation of what is needed. Altho the quote is on the high side

An ABSOLUTELY PERFECT experience from beginning to end ..... Louise was Professional, Courteous, Knowledgeable and speedy, as was Marcus the operative she sent to sort out our blockage problem ..... we have used this same branch of Dyno-Rod before (North West, based in Darwen) and they have always been exactly the same, PERFECT!! .... use this company with TOTAL CONFIDENCE!!!

Dyno-Rod - Plumbing North West are one of the most efficient, resourceful and professional companies still around today.
A problem arose emanating from my drains which nobody sent through BritGas could resolve. Dyno guy came along with his camera and found source of problem immediately. I would’ve given a 10 but Dyno still have to be back shortly to fix problem then everybody can live happily ever after. Thank you Dyno-Rod.👏

We had an issue with a very blocked drain and Dom came and sorted out our issue both professionally and quickly. Couldn't fault the service

Would certainly highly recommend this company. Blocked drains never nice! But these guys could not do enough even after excavating and clearing my drain and placing everything exactly as it was before. Top job!!! Thanks guys!

Amazing service! Kev has done an brilliant job fixing our bathroom/toilet problems. He was really lovely and nice to have have in the house, made us feel really comfortable and confident in his work. Kev explained the problem really well, explained the quote really clearly and was great at what he did.
