etradecounter dealt with my purchase professionally. The order process was easy to use and all went well. The parts are fitted and working as they should.

Pretty poor service, placed order and then received an email 2 days later telling me the item was out of stock and would not be re-stocked.

Considering competitors are offering next day delivery and have a reliable stock system, I will not be using e-tradecounter again.

Prompt despatch. Well packaged. Courier arrived on time. Product as described.

Ordered an item on the website but after the order was accepted I was advised by email that the price had increased (significantly) and therefore I need to pay the additional amount. Most sites will honour the price that they publicise or they risk being accused of mis-selling, sufficed to say i cancelled my order and will not use this site again.

Absolutely great, I ordered a new heater over the phone, the staff were very helpful and my order arrived in good condition and on time, very happy.

Swift and prompt delivery. Product not that well packaged/wrapped, but was undamaged so that was fine

Order placed on 1/9/16 delivered 7/9/16. Fine. One item damaged, reported immediately...no response. Sent e-mail...no response. Phoned and left message to return call...no response. Totally frustrated and annoyed.

Trolled the Internet found this company best on price goods turned up when ordered no hassle will use again

Having paid for 1-2 days delivery, which I discovered I need not have paid because delivery is free over £100, it took5 days for the heaters to arrive. When I phoned for a 2 nd time, I was told that the delivery charge would be refunded but I don't see it on my statement.

Web site says 2/3 days IF in stock but no way of knowing if an item IS in stock. ...waited, then telephoned 3 times, new promises - but no delivery. . Staff polite but unable to resolve. Staff were polite but unable to resolve, cash refunded promptly, now purchased elsewhere.

I tried to buy some LED light bulbs and had a tight deadline. When I ordered, it said delivery would be 2-3 working days. 6 working days later, I phoned and was told that the bulbs had not been dispatched yet. No one contacted me to say that the order was delayed.
