Very happy with service and items arrived the next day

Having ordered the goods on the telephone and not only paying for them but also paying just under £10 to get 1 to 2 days delivery, we again telephoned after 2 days only to be informed that e-trade counter could not actually get our goods for us and they could not promise "to get the goods in the foreseeable future".
To date I am still trying to get our payment back.
I have never known such unprofessional, rude attitudes from a trading company.
Never again and I will be at every opportunity be telling friends and colleagues of my dreadful treatment by e-trade counter.

I ordered a link light which already had a light bulb fitted. It did not work when I plugged it in. I tested it against my existing link light, and realised the bulb did not work and I had to purchase a replacement bulb.

Arrived on time ,and I am very pleased with the product.

All arrived as promised.

Very efficient

I ordered some Immersion Tank elements on Sunday, and expected them to arrive Wednesday, Thursday at the latest as we needed them to be fitted for the weekend. They arrived late on Friday afternoon, leaving us not enough time to drain the tanks and fit the elements. Luckily our customers were very understanding - having limited hot water. Also, the elements were just in a box, rattling around, and appear undamaged, but a bit of packing would help to protect them in transit. I would definitely use e-tradecounter again, but allow a bit more time for delivery.

The goods arrived next day & the product functioned as expected.

But the item was packaged in a much too large a box with no cushioning or filling material whatsoever, so could easily have arrived damaged.

Delivery cost is also high (£12.50 for one small item) compared to other online retailers, so I would probably not use your store again, unless I couldn't find the product elsewhere.

Easily found what u was looking for ordered and was recieved in perfect condition before eastimated time, a pleasure to do businesses with and will be looking to order from them again when I require more stock.

Wasn't made clear that goods would only be delivered to kerbside which caused me some problems.

I was pleased to find the item I needed but somewhat horrified by the high packing and delivery charge. The item was £15.26 but delivery was £10.42, both plus VAT.
These were plastic mounting brackets, not the heaviest items in the world !
It's not that I wanted next day or anything special, this was a 2 -3 day service.
This supplier needs to negotiate better rates with their carriers or switch carriers altogether.

Found the items i wanted quickly and they arrived when promised

my only slight gripe would be the delivery could be quicker as 3 days is pretty slow

E tradecounter service was Good. Quality of Heater was not as good. A plastic trap missing from back of Heater.

PAID FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY NEVER RECIVED ITEMS TILOL 6 DAYS LATER AND ONLY UNTIL I CALLED THEM TO CHASE UP.
NEVER CALLED OR E-MAILED,WHEN ONE PART NOT IN STOCK,NEVER EMAIL OR UPDATE ON TRACKING NUMBER..
REFUSE TO REFUND POSTAGE AS ITEM WAS POSTED LATE...

V pleased with the speed at which my order was processed. Website v helpful as product was clearly described.

Items arrived in a timely fashion, was notified by the courier.

Ordered 6 electric wall heaters to replace current ones which had become faulty. Being winter, needed them quickly and e-tradecounter delivered on that score, arriving next day. Had a couple of queries and was able to get through straight away to someone who was courteous and knowledgeable. Would use again.
