I ordered and paid for next day delivery and this did not happen, it was supposed to be delivered on Friday but UPS didn't deliver it until Monday, very disapponted.

Thank you for your review, we have taken a look into your order and we can see that UPS attempted a delivery on Friday 11th as requested but it was marked "The receiver was not available at the time of the first delivery attempt. A second attempt will be made." They should have 'carded' you to inform you of this, obviously if they didn't we can only apologise on their behalf.

Both heaters are excellent - good heat, completely silent (no moving parts, and no expansion/contraction creaking) and look good too.

I highly recommend them. I bought two items and made a mistake in the order therefore the item did not fit my appliance. The customer service department were fantastic.
