Excellent product, excellent service, could not fault e-tradecounter, will buy from this company again.

It is the first time I have used e-tradecounter. It was one of two companies who had what I wanted, it had the best price and was supposedly in stock. As soon as I order I get an email to say the dispatch has been delayed. I paid £12.50 for delivery for 2-3 days and it has been a week since I ordered it and have no correspondence to say if has even been dispatched or not yet. No money offered back for slower delivery, glad I am not in a rush for the part. Will think twice about using again.

I had originally placed a review on Trust Pilot regarding a Swan Catering Urn. The problems that I had with the delivery were all the fault of the courier company and nothing to do with e-tradecounter.

I have had lots of conversations with both Adam and Sara, who have gone out of there way to get this product to me. To say that they have gone above and beyond the call of duty doesn't do justice to the effort they must have expended to get me this item.

We are now in receipt of the product and our busy staff now have hot water for their drinks on tap. Thank you for your help

I found the whole experience of ordering my goods to the final delivery of them very pleasurable. It was so easy, I spoke to Sara of the sales team direct to find out what heaters I would need for one of my on going projects.Not only was she very knowledgeable about the products that they sell , I found her to be very polite and efficient in processing my order. On a cost basis, I found e trader very very competitive on prices and would certainly use them again.
It is a joy to actually work with an online sales company who deliver a top notch service .

I ordered the wrong heater control for heater purchased without a fuss or bother I got sent another controller to try straight away without any extra cost to my company before returning wrong controller

Prompt delivery, well packaged. The Thermotube plastic clips required some work as the holes for the screws were not quite deep enough. Instead of discarding one of the washers I put it under the screw head on one of the clips to reduce the length of screw projecting. I still had to drill both the clip holes slightly deeper. Also, there were some small projecting tags on the clips which needed cutting off. The Thermoguard needs to be compressed to get the flanges flat to the wall (or floor). A Thermoguard is needed if the Thermotube is installed below 1.85 m above the floor. No wall/floor fixing screws are provided. I bought some pan-headed screws separately. Product now installed and provides useful background heat powered by our solar panels.

I placed my order over the phone as I had a query regarding shipping. The man I spoke to was excellent and very helpful indeed. As I was past the time for "next day delivery" but needed the storage heater as soon as possible, I still opted for next day delivery and lo and behold, the heater came the very next day!! The Dimplex Duoheat Stirage heater is also excellent!

Very obliging they devised and supplied the necessary parts. I have already received th order and it is all in working order.
I thought the price of postage was excessive!
