Very flexible regarding collection when ordering on the phone. More importantly when I had arranged to collect from the Harlow depot, they very kindly accommodated me arriving after 5.30pm due to an M25 closure making me late - thank you very much. Well recommended!

Good price and delivered on time. Did come in 2 different deliveries, which I wasn't prepared for and meant more time staying in. UPS are not as good as Interlink in letting you know when in the day the delivery will be made.

Customer service is brilliant

The item we ordered arrived quickly and we were happy with the sale. We received regular updates to what was happening with our order and the courier gave us texts to tell us between which hours the product would be delivered on what day and by whom. Overall, we have had a good experience in dealing with this company and would not hesitate in using them again.

The right product, right price, 'before-time' delivery - would recommend

I ordered the heaters on a Wednesday and they were delivered on the Friday. I had to ask some technical advice about the heaters and the member of staff I talked too was helpful and friendly. I haven't had the heaters installed yet but they look spot on and were cheaper than most places I looked at. Can't fault E-trader for the service, I will use them again.

Really couldn't ask for more. The item is exactly as described and the delivery was very quick. Very useful guidance on the website to assist with the selection of the right product.

Terrible service and delivery!

I ordered a Nobo radiator on Monday it arrived Tuesday by midday.
The price was competitive and it was in stock.
I needed it in a hurry as I was taking it to my Son's house. So the fast delivery was very welcome.

I did not get an acknowledgement of my order or any advice that it was out for delivery. Subsequently I was out the next day when they tried to deliver and I therefore wasted my money paying extra for next day delivery. When I phoned to complain I was told that tis otfen happened with the computer system.
Despite this experianced I placed another order last Thursday afternoon and paid extra for next day delivery. Today Monday 10am I am still waiting for delivery.

Excellent customer service, I was informed that my original order for 1000watt model was not currently in stock, I was offered an alternative 750watt model, which was despatched that day and delivered the next day. Very pleased with the unit, so easy to install.

Called to confirm a water heater was in stock during the afternoon. Very helpful call handler who knew exactly what the product was and after checking it was in stock took my order.

Delivery was made as agreed and all very easy. As a rural, trade buyer I would def use them again. Much easier than driving 60 miles there and back to local electrical factors...........

The bulbs were well packaged and reached me in one piece - unlike others I had ordered from other firms. Definitely 5 stars.

Ordered a ceiling light fitting, chased order after a month only to be sent email stating the order had been voided, received another email stating goods are no longer avaliable.... Very poor service
