Above and beyond!

I requested a cancellation for Covid related reasons as I work for an ambulance service and was unlikely to be able to make the concert due to increased workloads. There was no contractual obligation for this company to issue a refund but they honoured my request and also sent me a lovely email which has had a really positive impact on my personal wellbeing. Thank you. Highly recommend.

Highly Commendable Representative

Excellent customer service and fast response. Customer advisor was Bobby who was efficient and exceeded expectation- helped transfer tickets and even liaised with another provider to do so. Cannot praise this particular contact enough.

Note; Strange that Easyticketing do not offer transfer/ refund service, however with help, as above, this was not an issue.

Easy Ticketing DO NOT USE

i purchased specific allocated seats before i clicked the buy button, 2 days later i checked my account and saw the tickets had been re allocated to a section further back in the seating plan, On contacting Easy Ticketing i was told they can change my seats if they want and referenced the terms and conditions. They are not taking responsibility that their system is faulty which caused all the issues in the first place, so they can do what they want to the customers but the customer is tied into their terms and conditions. James their senior manager was extremely unhelpful or showed no customer support during our communications. So my piece of advice to Easy Ticketing is stop reading up on your terms & conditions and spend more time on fixing your faulty ticket allocating system, and my advice to anyone else do not touch this company with a barge pole.

Scam artists

Unbeknownst to me Easy ticketing made an error with my seating. They changed my tickets without my permission (which is fine as that is in the terms and conditions) but then didn’t ask whether I still wanted to keep the tickets. Had I been offered those seats initially I wouldn’t have purchased them. I was basically told by them on contact that this isn’t their problem (my consumer rights say otherwise as I’ve received a different product to what I paid for) and I now have to go through the lengthy process of contacting PayPal as I’ve essentially been scammed.

Do not use, these were the “official ticket providers” but they are not registered with trading standards or the regulatory ticketing body STAR. I’m having a nightmare getting my money back and I don’t want anyone else to have to go through the same. They have absolutely no regard for consumer rights.

They will not give refunds

They will not give refunds. Do not book with them. Other ticket sellers who have had to change dates have offered refund if you cannot attend. Will take to small claims court. Do not book with this company in future. Cannot be trusted.

TOOK TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT. EASY YOU DO ONLINE ON GOV. UK. COST £25. GOT TICKET MONEY BACK PLUS 25 QUID. THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO KEEP YOUR MONEY DESPITE WHAT THEY PREACH. WE ARE ALL IN DIFFICULT TIMES.

Company won't give refund for postponed…

Company won't give refund for postponed event. Claiming they can't afford to give refunds but also can't tell us when/if the event will happen. Appreciate we're in strange times but I can think of more deserving companies who need charity at present.

Can't get hold of easy ticketing- no…

Can't get hold of easy ticketing- no answer on the phone line and no option to leave a message so someone can get back to me.

No answer to my emails either.

I have requested a refund as the tickets I have purchased have been moved to a date I can not attend.

I will give them another few days to respond but I may have to reach out to my credit card company and request a section 75 refund as I can't get in touch with anyone at easy ticketing- very disappointing.

Update:
Finally received a refund after chasing again- was hard but got there in the end. Moving review to a 3 star based on this.
