Pleasure to deal with. I called in without an appointment and the first thing Zoe offered me was a cuppa and a look around the factory!
I came away with a car full of tiles at a reasonable price (thanks) and just need to clear the space now to fit them.
Ecotile will be my first call for future requirements.

Tiles packaged on a pallet that wasn't strong enough so tiles ended up strewn across the lorry and had to be hand bulled off!

Very easy to deal with and the staff friendly happy to help . Saw the product on the internet and they were close to where I live so I popped in and saw the product and was impressed so placed an order it was delivered the next day very happy

Initially I was surprised at the costs of the tiles and postage but after a very helpful and understanding conversation with Kayla I was more than happy with the choice we made and the tiles received. They are very good quality and the fit / finish is second to none.

The time it took between order and receiving the tiles was surprisingly quick and the efficiency was exceptional. I was called and updated throughout delivery to ensure the tiles were dropped off and left in a safe place. Then it was all down to fitting them.

Needless to say they went down a treat, difficult to cut with a blade so I ended up using a mini saw (I’m not sure if this is advised but they are substantially made meaning they are not easy to cut) they went together perfectly. Time will tell how they last, stand up to traffic and usage but I’d be suprised if they didn’t last a lifetime.

Brilliant product, helpful staff on the phone. I was short of 7 tiles when we laid them and after a call and placing the order they arrived the next day. Has finished the garage off and it is warmer underfoot. K490 smooth in Anthracite. Excellent!

From first email to delivery the service was brilliant, despatched and delivered when promised (dispatched first day back to work after festive break). Haven’t fitted ecotile 500/7 yet as fitting not recommended in temperatures below 15°C.
