Absolute nightmare in every way. They make you wait 2 days to "send you your ticket". But first they take your money of course. If you never receive the ticket then you can't fly, and now you have to fight this scam service to try to get your money back. I think I just wasted hundreds of dollars on this scam.

I would love to know why are they charging me with no prior explanation some extra fees (flights + who knows what). I’ve tried to call for some explanation but no answer. Smells like scam. How do I get my money back?

Booked a flight with eDestinos for a vacation. Showed up at airport and had no reservation. Flight was full. Had to book on another airline. Arrived 12 hours later and had to pay much more. We received no information from eDestinos and it is impossible to contact them by phone or email. DO NOT USE eDestinos!

Can not find a place to change my reservation.

I have experienced the same, trip canceled and no refund!! We need to engage a group action to have our money back!

As of today we also realize that it Is a big mistake to use online companies for any ticket reservation. Edestinos does not even have a valid costumer's care phone number. Comunication Is possible with them just by email. Well they might answer you within 30 days.
These online businesses are shaky, I suggest not to use any of them does not matter how beautiful their websites looks like!

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. We are literally 10 minutes from the airport and these dipquads decided to say our flights were pending. After doing more investigating, I found out that our flights were indeed FAKE. I am so mad right now. My birthday is tomorrow and just wanted to be able to see my sisters and family.

It is clearly a scam. eSky manages very neat and attractive websites to sell travel packages in Europe and Latin America, using websites such as edestinos.mx, edestinos.pe, and others. I bought a trip from Mexico City to San Francisco on March 7, to arrive on May 25 and spend 6 nights in the city. Three days before the trip, they sent me a message saying that for reasons that they do not explain my reservation was canceled and that they would proceed to the refund. I called the hotel, I called the airline. They did indeed make a reservation, but canceled it two days after receiving my payment. Of course I was not given any explanation and I have not received any refund. As they do not provide specific information about the cancellation, you cannot manage to have the money returned through your bank. They are pirates, it is a scam, please do not buy anything with them.
And if you want to complain, there is only a form within their websites, they will acknowledge your message and you will hear nothing from them ever. You can't complain to them!!!. There is not a phone to call, this is the one I managed to get: + 48 32 728 30 16. It's their 24/7 line in Poland. Good luck trying that.

At this point I doubt I will ever get my money back from this company. I have emailed again and again. This is my 3rd review of them here because this seems like the only way to get them to reply. My visa has passed as I have been waiting for them to buy my ticket to leave. The last correspondence was me telling them I want to take a voucher but then I get ghosted again. Is there any legal procedures to take against this company?

I checked that my reservation was cancelled by your system.

My flight schedule was gone so I will not be able to go the destination.

I already checked this fact by Aeromexico customer center.

However, according to Aeromexico, I was told that similar reservation state is not.

I absolutely made a reservation and I must go without extra charge because this situation is your fault.

I want to recover my reservation as soon as possible.

I purchased a 2 plane tickets for $1022. I canceled my flight with volaria before my 24 hrs was due. Volaris confirmed they refunded my money the same day I spoke with them. Now volaria tells me they refunded all of my money to the master card they had on file ( may I remind you I only have visa) its been a week and cant speak with any one because they don't have no one to speak with. Only by email can u contact edestinos. Its frustrating and feel like I got ripped off. Im calling my bank. This is not right. On a scale 1-5 I give edestinos a 00000000. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO ALLOW THIS COMPANY TO BE YOUR THIRD PARTY PROVIDER!

this website has a deceiving add, I was under the believe that I was purchasing the ticket from american airlines until it was to late, I even purchased insurance from them, I needed to change the dates on my flight which was covered on the insurance purchased, I have contacted several times to make a change on my flight dates and only get an automated response, tried to do the reservation directly on american airlines and they say only eDestinos can do the change of dates, so save yourself a bad time dont use them.

I am trying to rebook a trip to Europe. France and Germany are behind in vaccinations and are not open. We don't want to wait until the last minute to have them say the flight is cancelled. eDestinos DOES NOT RETURN YOUR EMAILS. THEY DO NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER. IT IS HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I have emailed them several times!!! I bought insurance and they will not refund my ticket!!!! They will not even get back to me to rebook. DO NOT USE eDestinos!!! LINDA LALLY

I paid for additional coverage to be able to change my flight if needed. They didn’t reply for almost a month, until after my flight had date had passed. I had to purchase another ticket. Now they are refusing to give me either a credit or a refund, even though I had paid for the ability to change my flight date. This company does not provide the service they promise. Now they are lying and denying they ever sold me a flight change service.

This should be illegal. Straight up robbery.

It was easy to find and purchase a flight once I found the button to convert to English.

Do not use eDestinos to book any travel arrangements. My wife booked a trip from Guayaquil to Galapagos last week and the tickets are still pending. They managed to take the money from the account. This is where it gets interesting. We received an email today that they need to charge us an additional $1100. Are you kidding me.

I also filed a complaint with BBB (Better Business Bureau) today. This is a definition of FRAUD. I hope more English speaking people see my post and stay away from this company.

I think I should file another complaint with the DOT (Department of Transportation). How do they get away with stealing money from innocent hard working people?

By far the worst travel agency I used in my whole life and travel around quite a bit.
